A fuel supply system for a combustion section of a turbine engine. The turbine engine including a heat source. The fuel supply system comprising a first fuel supply having a liquid fuel, a second fuel supply having a first gaseous fuel, and a heat exchanger fluidly coupled to the first fuel supply and the heat source. The heat exchanger producing a heat sufficient to change the liquid fuel to a second gaseous fuel that is the same type of fuel as the first gaseous fuel.

Methods and apparatus to produce hydrogen gas turbine propulsion are disclosed. An example apparatus to produce propulsion in a gas turbine engine includes a fluid line to transport hydrogen from a hydrogen supply and an inert gas from an inert gas supply to a gas turbine combustor. The apparatus also includes at least one heat exchanger coupled to the fluid line to heat the inert gas and the hydrogen in the fluid line.

Methods and apparatus to produce hydrogen gas turbine propulsion

Flow-metering fuel systems and related methods are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a pipe defining a flow path for fuel, the pipe fluidly coupled to a combustor, a first portion of the pipe having a first cross-sectional area, a second portion of the pipe having a second cross-sectional area smaller than the first cross-sectional area, the second portion downstream of the first portion, and an actuator to adjust a flow rate of the fuel in the pipe based on a first pressure of the fuel in the first portion of the pipe, a second pressure of the fuel in the second portion of the pipe, and a temperature of the fuel.

Flow-metering fuel systems and related methods

A fuel system for a vehicle having an engine is provided. The fuel system including: a fuel tank for holding a hydrogen fuel in a liquid phase; a fuel delivery assembly extending from the fuel tank to the engine for providing the hydrogen fuel from the fuel tank to the engine; a vaporizer in communication with the fuel delivery assembly for heating the hydrogen fuel in the liquid phase to a gaseous phase, to a supercritical phase, or both; and a high pressure pump in fluid communication with the fuel delivery assembly at a location downstream of the vaporizer for inducing a flow of the hydrogen fuel through the fuel delivery assembly to the engine.
