A transparent display device is provided, which may reduce or minimize loss of light transmittance due to a touch sensor and a touch line, and may repair a defective touch sensor. The device includes a substrate provided with a plurality of transmissive areas and a non-transmissive area, including a plurality of light emission areas, a plurality of touch sensors respectively provided in the plurality of transmissive areas, including a touch sensor electrode, a plurality of touch lines provided in the non-transmissive area and extended in a first direction, a plurality of touch bridge lines provided in the non-transmissive area over the substrate and extended in a second direction to be connected to one of the plurality of touch lines, and a plurality of touch connection portions connecting the plurality of touch bridge lines with the plurality of touch sensors, including a high resistance line.

A transparent display device including a substrate including a transmissive area and a non-transmissive area; a touch line on the substrate in the non-transmissive area; a touch bridge line in the non-transmissive area; and a touch contact electrode electrically connected to the touch bridge line; and a touch sensor in the transmissive area and including a touch sensor electrode overlapping with the touch contact electrode. Further, the touch sensor contacts the touch contact electrode so the touch sensor is electrically connected to the touch bridge line.

A transparent display device may include a substrate, a transmissive area, a non-transmissive area, and a plurality of subpixels provided in the non-transmissive area, having a light emitting element, which may include an anode electrode, a light emitting layer and a cathode electrode. The transparent display device may further include a touch sensor disposed in the transmissive area, including a touch sensor electrode, and a sensing transistor for sensing a voltage of the touch sensor. The cathode electrode of the light emitting element and the touch sensor electrode of the touch sensor may be provided on a same layer and may be separated by a first undercut structure. The device includes a substrate provided with a plurality of transmissive areas and a non-transmissive area disposed between the transmissive areas adjacent to each other. The device includes a touch line extended from the non-transmissive area and connected to a touch sensor electrode, and a common power line connected to a cathode electrode to supply a cathode power source. The non-transmissive area includes a cathode power area to which the cathode power source is applied through the common power line, the cathode power area includes a first cathode power area and a second cathode power area. The second cathode power area may have resistance higher than that of the first cathode power area.

Disclosed is a display device comprising a substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, a plurality of signal link lines disposed in the non-display area of the substrate and configured to connect a plurality of signal lines of the display area to a pad portion configured to receive an external signal, a plurality of touch link lines disposed in the non-display area, overlapped with at least some of the plurality of signal link lines and configured to connect the pad portion to a plurality of touch lines in the display area, and a compensation pattern based on an overlap between at least one of the plurality of signal link lines and at least one of the plurality of touch link line corresponding to at least one of the plurality of touch lines.
