An apparatus for capping containers includes, at least one capping head which is moveable between a position for picking up a cap and a position for applying the cap at a neck of a container, the grip element defining a receptacle for the cap and component for the removable retention of the cap within the receptacle; A second motor component is provided to actuate the movement of the grip element in an axial direction. The apparatus also includes a control and actuation unit functionally connected to the first and second motor components and is configured to receive in input a number of data items; The control and actuation unit is configured to actuate the first and second motor components as a function of the variation of the value over time of the number of data items.

Apparatus for capping containers

An apparatus for blow molding plastic containers includes a blow molding carousel and is connected, at a first transfer station, to a feeding line of preforms, the first transfer station having a transfer carousel supporting grip elements which are associated with at least one respective grip body. Each grip element has a first arm, which is supported so that it can rotate by the transfer carousel in order to rotate on command about a substantially vertical pivoting axis, and a second arm, which extends longitudinally and can slide on command with respect to the first arm along an advancement/retraction direction which is substantially parallel to its own direction of extension. The grip body includes a coupling element which is configured to stably hold the preform.

A device for the orientation and feeding of closures includes a hopper for containing closures and a lifting device. The lifting device includes a component used for selecting the closures which are adapted to allow the feeding to an unloading region of the closures. A filling machine for the hot filling of containers includes a line for feeding the containers to at least one supporting plate and a line for unloading the filled container from the supporting plate. Above the supporting plate there is a filling head associated with a respective valve assembly to convey the liquid from a containment tank into the container to be filled. The valve assembly is associated with an internally hollow feeder conduit which accommodates a suction conduit with at least one suction inlet configured to determine the liquid level inside the container. The filling head includes a sealing element having a first sealing body configured to engage hermetically against the upper edge of the container and is associated with a vent adapted to pass between a position for sealing the chamber for passing liquid from the supply feeder conduit toward the container and a position for venting.

Filling machine for hot filling

A machine for labeling containers includes a rotating carousel with a lower base which supports a plurality of supporting pans for the containers and an upper supporting structure for a plurality of heads which are intended to engage the top portion of the containers. The labeling machine further includes a device for feeding the containers to be labeled to the rotating carousel and a device for unloading the labeled containers. The feeding device includes at least one first device for conveying the containers to be labeled which is provided with first elements for supporting the containers to be labeled at the neck. The labeling machine includes first elements for varying the height of the bottom of the containers to be labeled in order to bring the bottom to substantially the same height as the supporting pans.
