Disclosed is a display device with an integrated touch screen comprising a substrate; a display device comprising a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate; and a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode disposed on the display device, the first touch electrode includes a first sub-touch electrode and a second sub-touch electrode, the second touch electrode includes a third sub-touch electrode and a fourth sub-touch electrode, and a position of a plurality of open parts disposed between the first sub-touch electrode and the third sub-touch electrode or between the second sub-touch electrode and the fourth sub-touch electrode, is adjusted so that a virtual line connecting the plurality of open parts is not in a straight line.

Touch display device

The disclosure relates to a display device. In an embodiment, a display device includes a lower substrate including a plurality of sub pixels forming an active area and a non-active area enclosing the active area; a thin film transistor on the lower substrate corresponding to one of the plurality of sub pixels; a light emitting diode on the thin film transistor corresponding to the one of the plurality of sub pixels; a plurality of first touch electrodes on the light emitting diode corresponding to the active area; a plurality of second touch electrodes on the plurality of first touch electrodes corresponding to the active area; a first shielding electrode between the light emitting diode and the plurality of first touch electrodes overlapping a first touch electrode; and a second shielding electrode between the light emitting diode and the plurality of first touch electrodes, wherein the second shielding electrode does not overlap the first touch electrode.

Display device with improved touch recognition capabilities

The present disclosure relates to a touch panel and a touch display device including the same. A touch panel includes a plurality of first touch electrodes disposed on a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer disposed on the plurality of first touch electrodes and the first insulating layer, a plurality of second touch electrodes disposed on the second insulating layer, and a third insulating layer disposed on the plurality of second touch electrodes and the second insulating layer. A refractive index of each of the first insulating layer, the second insulating layer and the third insulating layer is the same as each other. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the visibility of the touch display device.

Touch panel and touch display device comprising the same

Discussed is a foldable device including a first flexible substrate, a touch unit under the first flexible substrate, a second flexible substrate facing the first flexible substrate, a light-emitting element unit on the second flexible substrate, and an adhesive layer for attaching the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate together. The touch unit includes a first touch wiring layer under the first flexible substrate, a first insulating layer covering the first touch wiring layer and the first flexible substrate, a second touch wiring layer under the first insulating layer, and a second insulating layer covering the second touch wiring layer and the first insulating layer. The second insulating layer includes an opening for exposing a part of an edge of the first insulating layer to the adhesive layer.
