A pump housing having a suction chamber and a discharge chamber. A partition wall dividing the suction chamber and the discharge chamber, and having a communication hole formed at a center thereof for allowing the suction chamber to communicate with the discharge chamber. An impact body disposed toward a suction part so as to come into contact with fluid introduced into the suction chamber through the suction passage; and a gas discharge part disposed at an upper portion of a circumferential surface of the housing and communicating with an outside so that gas, separated from the fluid in contact with the impact body, is discharged. The suction part extends in one direction perpendicular to a virtual center line passing through the housing, and the impact body is disposed in a direction opposite to an extending direction of the suction part with respect to the virtual center line.

An impeller includes a shroud including an inlet, a hub facing the shroud, and a plurality of blades disposed between the hub and the shroud and arranged circumferential direction along a circumference of the inlet. Each of the plurality of blades has a slot which is positioned adjacent to the inlet.

Impeller

A pump includes a housing which forms a suction chamber and a discharge chamber therein; a suction nozzle which is disposed in one side of the housing, and communicates with the suction chamber; a discharge nozzle which is disposed in the other side of the housing, and communicates with the discharge chamber; a partition wall which partitions the suction chamber and the discharge chamber, and has a communication hole, which communicates the suction chamber and the discharge chamber, that is formed at a central portion; and a plurality of baffles which are disposed inside the suction chamber, and guide fluid introduced through the suction nozzle to the communication hole, wherein the plurality of baffles have different lengths and are separated apart from each other in a circumferential direction in an upper side of the partition wall.

Pump

A centrifugal fan includes: an impeller; and a scroll housing surrounding the impeller, the scroll housing having suction hole and discharge hole formed therein. The scroll housing includes: a base plate; a scroll wall connected to the base plate, the scroll wall being formed in a scroll shape from a cutoff; and a discharge wall extending from the scroll wall. In the centrifugal fan, a flow path extending portion having a flow path sectional area extending toward an air flow direction convexly protrudes in the outer direction of the scroll housing in the base plate. Accordingly, a flow path is formed to extend in two directions including a direction in which the scroll wall extends and a direction in which the flow path extending portion protrudes. Thus, the static pressure of a discharge air current can be quickly recovered, and the blowing performance of the centrifugal fan can be improved. Further, the flow path extending portion is formed to protrude from the base plate, so that it is possible to enhance utilization of space near the flow path extending portion.

Centrifugal fan and air conditioner having the same

An air conditioner includes: a suction body having an air suction hole formed therein; a heat exchanger in which air sucked into the air suction hole is heat-exchanged; and a pair of blow discharge units through which the air heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger is passed and discharged. In the air conditioner, each of the pair of blow discharge units includes: a discharge body in which an air inflow hole and an air discharge hole are formed to be spaced apart from each other, and a discharge passage is formed between the air inflow hole and the air discharge hole; a rotation mechanism for rotating the discharge body about a vertical center axis; a cross flow fan rotatably positioned in the discharge passage, the cross flow fan being disposed vertically long in the discharge passage; and a fan motor having a vertical rotational shaft for rotating the cross flow fan. When the cross flow fan is mounted between the discharge body and the heat exchanger, the air conditioner can become more compact, and the utilization of space between the discharge body and the heat exchanger can be enhanced.
