A semiconductor package comprises a first die having a central region and a peripheral region that surrounds the central region; a plurality of through electrodes that penetrate the first die; a plurality of first pads at a top surface of the first die and coupled to the through electrodes; a second die on the first die; a plurality of second pads at a bottom surface of the second die, the bottom surface of the second die facing the top surface of the first die; a plurality of connection terminals that connect the first pads to the second pads; and a dielectric layer that fills a space between the first die and the second die and surrounds the connection terminals. A first width of each of the first pads in the central region may be greater than a second width of each of the first pads in the peripheral region. Each of the connection terminals may include a convex portion at a lateral surface thereof, which protrudes beyond a lateral surface of a respective first pad and a lateral surface of a respective second pad. The convex portion may protrude in a direction away from a center of the first die. Protruding distances of the convex portions may increase in a direction from the center of the first die toward an outside of the first die.

A foldable display is disclosed. In one aspect, the foldable display includes a foldable display panel including first to fourth regions adjacent to each other. The foldable display also includes a first support located on a rear surface of the first region and a second support located on a rear surface of the fourth region. The foldable display panel is configured to be arranged in a first configuration in which the foldable display panel is unfolded and a second configuration in which the foldable display panel is folded so that the first support supports the first and second regions and the second support supports the third and fourth regions.

A heat pump is provided that includes a first pipe in which a first refrigerant flows; a second pipe disposed at a side of the first pipe and in which a second refrigerant flows; a first heat exchanger connected with the first pipe and the second pipe and in which the first refrigerant exchanges heat with the second refrigerant; a boiler connected with the first pipe and in which the first refrigerant flows; a compressor connected with the second pipe and that compresses the second refrigerant; a second heat exchanger connected with the second pipe and in which the second refrigerant exchanges heat with outdoor air; a bypass pipe branched from first pipe and configured to exchange heat with the second heat exchanger; and a three-way valve that directs the first refrigerant to pass through the bypass pipe. When the outdoor heat exchanger operates as an evaporator, frost formation thereon may be prevented.

The method for controlling the mask apparatus includes measuring a current pressure value with respect to a mask by using a pressure sensor, comparing each of a preset atmospheric pressure maximum estimation and a preset and a preset atmospheric pressure minimum estimation to the current pressure value; updating the atmospheric pressure maximum estimation and the atmospheric pressure minimum estimation according to the comparison result, and controlling a voice output of a speaker based on a difference between the updated atmospheric pressure maximum estimation and the updated atmospheric pressure minimum estimation.

Mask apparatus and method for controlling the same

Provided is a mobile terminal further comprising: a first frame; a second frame which is converted from a first state to a second state by moving in a first direction from the first frame, and which is converted from the second state to the first state by sliding in a second direction opposite to the first direction; a slide frame which moves in the first direction or the second direction with respect to the second frame, in correspondence to the sliding movement of the second frame; a flexible display part which comprises a first region coupled to the first frame, a second region coupled to the slide frame, and a third frame positioned between the first region and the second region and bending and surrounding the second frame; a rolling plate which couples to the rear surface of the second region of the display part, and which is capable of bending deformation in the first direction; and a slide curtain which covers at least a portion of an end, in the third direction perpendicular to the first direction, of the rolling plate, wherein the slide curtain moves together with the second frame.

An electronic device for providing user experience based on a display extension profile and a method of controlling the same are disclosed. An electronic device according to an embodiment may include a housing, a flexible display disposed inside the housing, at least one driving motor disposed inside the housing and configured to extend a part of the flexible display from the housing, a memory storing a display extension profile related to control of the driving motor, and at least one processor. The at least one processor may be configured to identify occurrence of an event related to display of a preview screen showing a process of drawing out the flexible display, and display the preview screen showing the process of drawing out the flexible display through the flexible display, based on the display extension profile stored in the memory in response to the identification of the occurrence of the event.

Electronic device including preview of flexible display extension and method of controlling the same

An electronic device including a display layer and a sensor layer including a plurality of sensing units. Each of the plurality of sensing units includes at least one sub sensing unit. The at least one sub sensing unit includes a first pattern including a first portion and a second portion, a first cross pattern including a first cross portion and a second cross portion, a second cross pattern, and a bridge pattern. The second portion extends in a first cross direction crossing the first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction to face the first cross portion, and the second cross portion extends in the first cross direction to face the first portion.

Disclosed herein is a mobile terminal including a first frame, a second frame, a slide frame movable with respect to the second frame in a first direction or a second direction, a flexible display including a third region bent to surround the second frame, and a rolling plate attached to a rear of the flexible display. The second frame includes a side portion at an end thereof facing in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a slide rail formed on the side portion. The rolling plate includes a plurality of support bars extending in the third direction and arranged in the first direction, and a slide hook protruding from an end of each of the support bars and movably inserted into the slide rail. The terminal may maintain the display in a flat state by preventing the display from being separated when the second frame is moved.

A heat pump and a control method thereof are provided. The heat pump includes an outdoor unit includes a compressor that compresses a first refrigerant, a first outdoor heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the first refrigerant and outdoor air, an expansion mechanism that expands the first refrigerant, and a second outdoor heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the first refrigerant and a second refrigerant; a first refrigerant pipe that connects the compressor, the first outdoor heat exchanger, and the expansion mechanism, and through which the first refrigerant flows; a pressure sensor disposed in the first refrigerant pipe; a second refrigerant pipe connected to the second outdoor heat exchanger, and through which the second refrigerant flows; an indoor heat exchanger that is disposed in the second refrigerant pipe, and exchanges heat between indoor air and the second refrigerant; and a controller that determines a supply of the second refrigerant by determining a flow rate of the second refrigerant based on surging occurring in a pressure of the first refrigerant measured by the pressure sensor, so that the flow rate of the second refrigerant flowing through the second refrigerant pipe is determined only by the pressure value of the first refrigerant measured by the pressure sensor disposed in the first pipe, thereby determining the flow rate of the second refrigerant without a separate flow sensor.

Heat pump and control method therefor

A mobile terminal comprises: a body which comprises a first frame, and a second frame which is coupled so as to be movable in a first direction with respect to the first frame; a roller which is rotatably coupled to the second frame; a flexible display unit which has an image outputted on one surface thereof and comprises a front surface part positioned on the front surface of the body by wrapping around the roller, and a rear surface part positioned in the rear surface direction of the body; a support frame which is coupled to the other surface of the flexible display unit and comprises a flexible rack gear formed on the other surface thereof; and an auxiliary drive unit which comprises a pinion gear rotating by engaging with the flexible rack gear, wherein the auxiliary drive unit transfers force to the flexible rack gear in the direction in which the area of the rear surface part increases. The mobile terminal enables the flexible display unit to also move stably in accordance with the movement of the second frame.

A mask apparatus includes a mask body, a fan module, a seal that defines a breathing space, a pressure sensor coupled to the mask body and configured to sense an air pressure in the breathing space, and a controller coupled to the mask body and configured to control a rotation speed of the fan module based on the air pressure. The controller is configured to determine a breathing cycle based on a maximum pressure value and a minimum pressure value among air pressure values sensed by the pressure sensor, determine a time difference between a maximum time point and a minimum time point, determine an expected time point of inhalation in a subsequent breathing cycle based on the breathing cycle and the time difference, and increase the rotation speed of the fan module based on a current time corresponding to the expected time point of inhalation.

A mask apparatus includes a mask body having a fan module, a seal defining a breathing space, a pressure sensor sensing air pressure in the breathing space, a mask body cover coupled to the mask body, and a controller that controls a rotation speed of the fan module based on pressure values. The controller is configured to determine breathing information including a maximum pressure value and time point, and a minimum pressure value and time point, determine a breathing state of a user based on the breathing information, determine whether the breathing state is a steady state, determine a tidal volume of the user based on the breathing information, and control the rotation speed of the fan module based on the tidal volume.
