A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described. The display device includes a see-through area for camera and a routing area disposed around the see-through area for camera. A camera module is disposed in the see-through area for camera. The routing area is overlapped by at least one data line and scan line. The display device includes a pixel area which includes the see-through area for camera and the routing area. The pixel area includes a plurality of sub-pixels including an organic light emitting element and a cathode.

A display device includes light emitting elements in an active area and each light emitting element includes an anode, a light emitting layer, and a cathode; signal lines in a non-active area outside the active area; an encapsulation unit on the light emitting elements and the signal lines; touch electrodes on the encapsulation unit in the active area; first lines on the encapsulation unit in the non-active area and electrically connected to the touch electrodes; a second line outside the first lines; first auxiliary lines under the first lines and respectively electrically connected to a part of the first lines through first electrodes; and a second auxiliary line under the second line and electrically connected to the second line through a second electrode. The cathode is on an entire surface of the active area and extends to a shielding area of the non-active area.

Display device

A display panel and a touch display device are disclosed. The display panel includes a first touch electrode positioned in the first area, a second touch electrode positioned in the second area, a third touch electrode positioned in the third area, a fourth touch electrode positioned in the fourth area, and a first connection pattern electrically connecting the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode. A connection portion between the third touch electrode and the fourth touch electrode may pass through an intermediate area between the first area and the second area. The first connection pattern may pass through the intermediate area between the first area and the second area and may cross the connection portion between the third and fourth touch electrodes. Each of the first, second, third and fourth touch electrodes may include a first metal layer and a second metal layer, the first metal layer and the second metal layer may be separated by a touch-interlayer insulating layer. The first connection pattern may be disposed on one of the first metal layer and the second metal layer. The first connection pattern may be located in one of the first metal layer and the second metal layer.

Present disclosure provides a touch display device comprising a display panel including an inner area forming a first step between a first touch electrode metal with first critical dimension and a lower electrode layer, and an edge area having at least one of CD compensation area, which is located outside of the inner area, forming a second step between a second touch electrode metal with second critical dimension larger than the first critical dimension and the lower electrode layer; and a touch circuit for sensing touch presence or touch location by using a touch sensing signal received from the touch electrode metals.
