An energy storage apparatus includes an energy storage device, a first wiring electrically connected to the energy storage device, a harness plate holding the first wiring, and a first connector connected to the first wiring, the first connector being located at a central portion of the harness plate and capable of detachably attaching an external wiring.

An assembled battery includes: a case in which plural electric cells are accommodated; and an abutment member which abuts against the electric cells accommodated in the case to position the electric cells with respect to the case. The abutment member includes a first projection inserted into a first gap defined by the case and the mutually adjacent electric cells to align the abutment member.

Even if a junction box is laid out such that a region where a battery cell is disposed is divided, the battery cell is effectively cooled. A battery pack includes: a battery pack case () including a junction box accommodating portion () and a battery accommodating portions (); and a plurality of batteries () accommodated in the battery accommodating portions () of the battery pack case (). The junction box accommodating portion () is covered with shield members ().

Battery pack

A battery and an electrical apparatus accommodated in a battery pack body () are effectively cooled. The battery pack body () includes a battery region in which a battery module () is accommodated and an electrical apparatus region in which the electrical apparatus is accommodated. An air-suction portion () and an air-exhaust portion () are formed in the battery pack body (). Air which flows through the air-suction portion () is made to flow in the battery pack body (), thereby cooling the battery module () and the electrical apparatus and then, the air is made to flow out through the air-exhaust portion (). The electrical apparatus region includes an electrical apparatus cover () which covers at least a portion of the electrical apparatus and which branches air which is sucked through the air-suction portion.

Provided is a battery pack that can uniformly cool a plurality of electric cells, prevent a breakdown of the electric cells, and provide high performance of all electric cells. The battery pack includes a packaging case in which: each adjacent ones of a plurality of electric cells in the first direction define a ventilation space; first and second passages are defined that extend in the first direction and that are arranged to have the plurality of electric cells located between the first and second passages in a second direction intersecting the first direction, wherein gas supplied to the first passage flows through the ventilation spaces to the second passage; and a flow rate limitation device is provided that is arranged in an upstream area of the first passage and that limits a flow rate of the gas flowing through one of the plurality of ventilation spaces, which leads to the upstream area of the first passage, to a predetermined flow rate.

An electric storage apparatus includes a holder for holding a plurality of electric storage devices. An inter-electric storage device air passage is formed between the electric storage devices. A holder body of the holder includes: at least one wall portion extending in a second direction, the at least one wall portion being opposed from outside to an electric storage device located at one end in a first direction among the plurality of electric storage devices; and an air vent portion formed side by side with the wall portion in a third direction orthogonal to the first and second directions, the air vent portion being opened to the first and second directions.

Rechargeable battery

A coverof a battery pack case has an intake port and an exhaust port. With in the battery pack case, battery accommodation sections respectively accommodate battery modules and a junction box accommodation section. A supply flow path and an exhaust flow path are provided at ends of each of the battery accommodation section. A guide is provided between the cover and the battery modules accommodated in the battery accommodation portions. The guide and a lower surface of the cover define a distribution flow path. The air introduced from the intake port flows to the exhaust port through the distribution flow path, supply flow paths, clearances between battery cells, exhaust flow paths, and exhaust port. The battery cells are efficiently cooled.
