A working vehicle includes: a vehicle body; and a boom; a bucket; a boom driving unit including a boom cylinder; a bucket driving unit configured to swing the bucket; a boom-bottom pressure sensor configured to detect a boom-bottom pressure of the boom cylinder; and a working equipment controller configured to control at least one of a lift motion of the boom and a tilt motion of the bucket. The bucket includes an inclined portion. The working equipment controller controls the lift motion or the tilt motion by comparing a threshold set in accordance with an inclination angle of the inclined portion with the boom-bottom pressure.

A damper operation control device of a working vehicle, includes: a boom pivotably supported on a vehicle body; a bucket pivotably supported on a tip end of the boom; a lift cylinder which drives the boom; an accumulator connected to the lift cylinder through a branched oil passage; a switching valve connected to the branched oil passage between the lift cylinder and the accumulator, the switching valve switching between a connected state and a disconnected state between the lift cylinder and the accumulator; and a controller which performs switch control of the switching valve, wherein the controller includes: a state detecting unit which detects whether the bucket is in a loaded state; and a switching valve control unit which switches the switching valve to the connected state when the state detecting unit detects that the bucket is in the loaded state.

A wheel loader includes detectors and a controller. The detectors include at least an accelerator pedal angle detector that detects an accelerator displacement. The controller includes: a state judging unit that judges from a detection result provided by the detectors whether or not the wheel loader is in an excavation operation; and a torque-curve selector. The invention reduces waste of flow volume of pressurized oil discharged from a hydraulic pump when the rotational speed of a cooling fan is increased to the target rotational speed. The target rotational speed of the cooling fan is set at a target rotational speed setting portion. An acceleration pattern for increasing the cooling fan to the target rotational speed is set at an acceleration pattern setting portion based on the rotational speed of the cooling fan, the target rotational speed set at the target rotational speed setting portion, and magnitude of force due to inertia of the cooling fan and the hydraulic motor. The rotational speed command value calculation portion controls the pressurized oil to be supplied to the hydraulic motor at a flow rate required. Thus, it is possible to reduce wasted relief flow volume.

A control device for a work machine on a construction vehicle is provided so that a bucket cylinder is stopped at a target position, with high accuracy achieved in a bucket cylinder length, and with chock held down to a low level. A bucket cylinder length detection section refereces a cylinder length detection table on the basis of a boom angle and a bell crank angle, thereby detecting a bucket cylinder length. A bucket attitude control section controls the bucket cylinder length so that a target position will be reached. Feedback control is performed until a set value which is set short of a target value is reached. After the bucket cylinder length reaches the set value, open loop control is performed until the target value is reached.

A construction vehicle includes an engine, a hydraulic pump driven by the engine, a travel hydraulic motor driven by pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, travel wheels driven by the drive force of the travel hydraulic motor, and a controller. The controller is configured to control an engine speed, displacement of the hydraulic pump, and displacement of the travel hydraulic motor in order to control a vehicle speed and traction force. The controller is further configured to increase a maximum displacement of the travel hydraulic motor as the vehicle speed decreases within a low speed range in which the vehicle speed is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold.

A wheel loader automatically adjusts the bucket angle with respect to the ground. The wheel loader includes a hydraulic pump, a tilt cylinder and a tilt valve, a detector which detects that the tilt cylinder is at a control origin, a target setting device which sets a target value for the length of the tilt cylinder, and a control device. The control device calculates a required oil amount for the tilt cylinder to arrive from the control origin to the target length, calculates an oil amount distributed to the tilt cylinder after it has arrived at the control origin, and stops the operation of the tilt cylinder when the distributed oil amount reaches the required amount.

The invention provides processes for bonding a flip chip to a substrate in a manner that maximizes reliability of the bonding operation. Electrically conductive polymer bumps are formed on bond pads of a flip chip and the flip chip polymer bumps are at least partially hardened. Electrically conductive polymer bumps are formed on bond pads of a substrate, and a layer of electrically insulating adhesive paste is then applied on the substrate, covering the substrate polymer bumps with the adhesive. The bond pads of the flip chip are then aligned with the bond pads of the substrate and the at least partially hardened flip chip polymer bumps are then pushed through the substrate adhesive and at least partially into the substrate polymer bumps. In a further method, electrically conductive polymer bumps are formed on bond pads of a flip chip and the flip chip polymer bumps are at least partially hardened. A layer of electrically insulating adhesive paste is formed on a substrate having bond pads, covering the bond pads with the adhesive. The bond pads of the flip chip are aligned with the bond pads of the substrate, and then the at least partially hardened flip chip polymer bumps are pushed through the substrate adhesive with pressure sufficient for the flip chip polymer bumps to directly contact and deform the substrate bond pads.
