An electric junction box includes a housing configured to accommodate an electronic component and a lid configured to be attached to the housing to cover an opening of the housing. The housing includes a housing body configured to accommodate the electronic component, and a partition wall dividing an inner space of the housing body. The partition wall is provided with a jig pin hole extending along a direction in which the lid is attached to the housing, the jig pin hole being configured such that a pin provided on a workbench is to be inserted into the jig pin hole making the housing fixed to the workbench on which another component is to be attached to the housing.

Electric junction box

A resin structure includes a first resin body, and a second resin body. The second resin body is fit to an outer surface of the first resin body while being slid to one side in a sliding direction along the outer surface of the first resin body. The first resin body and the second resin body form a water stop structural unit extending in the sliding direction in a state where the second resin body is fit to the first resin body. The water stop structural unit includes a first water stop structure in a first region located at the one side in the sliding direction, and a second water stop structure in a second region located at the other side in the sliding direction with respect to the first region.

Resin structure

A resin structure includes a first resin body, and a second resin body. The second resin body is fit to an outer surface of the first resin body while being slid to one side in a sliding direction along the outer surface of the first resin body. The second resin body includes a pair of end edge portions. The pair of end edge portions extend in inclined directions that are inclined with respect to the sliding direction, such that a gap between the pair of end edge portions in a width direction gradually decreases toward one side of the sliding direction, the width direction being orthogonal to the sliding direction and extending along the outer surface. The first resin body includes a pair of facing surfaces spaced apart in the width direction and facing each other.

An electric connection box includes a housing, a first lid portion, a groove, and a protrusion. The housing includes an opening. The first lid portion includes a first body wall that closes the opening of the housing and a first peripheral wall extending from a periphery of the first body wall toward the housing. The groove is provided between the first peripheral wall and a wall portion arranged to be spaced apart from the first peripheral wall. The groove includes an opening in a side of the first body wall in an extending direction of the first peripheral wall. The protrusion is provided on the first lid portion and protruding toward the wall portion. The protrusion covers the opening of the groove.

Electric connection box

An electric junction box includes a housing configured to accommodate an electronic component, and a lid portion attached to the housing so as to cover an opening of the housing. An electric wire connected to the electronic component is routed between the electronic component and the lid portion. The housing includes a fixing member fixing the electric wire. The fixing member has a face intersecting with an attachment direction of the lid portion and fixes the electric wire to the face.

A resin structure includes a first resin body, having an annular first side wall portion, a second resin body having a second side wall portion, and a third resin body having an annular third side wall portion. The second resin body is assembled to the first resin body, such that an upper edge of the second side wall portion and at least a portion of an annular lower edge of the first side wall portion in a circumferential direction are aligned. The third resin body is assembled to the second resin body, such that an annular upper edge of the third side wall portion and at least a lower edge of the second side wall portion are aligned.

An electric junction box includes a fitting component to which an electronic component and an electric wire electrically connected to the electronic component are assembled, and a housing in which the fitting component is fitted and held. The fitting component includes a first peripheral wall forming an outer side face of the fitting component, a first bottom wall covering a lower opening of the first peripheral wall, a first drain hole provided in the first bottom wall, and a cylindrical drain portion protruding downward from an edge portion of the first drain hole in the first bottom wall.

An electric connection box includes a housing, a first lid portion, a groove and a water stop wall. The housing includes an opening. The first lid portion includes a first body wall that closes the opening of the housing, and a first peripheral wall extending from a periphery of the first body wall toward the housing. The groove is provided between the first peripheral wall and a wall portion arranged to be spaced apart from the first peripheral wall. The water stop wall is provided on the first lid portion and configured to cover an opening of two ends of the groove in a longitudinal direction.

An electric connection box includes a fitting component having a peripheral wall, a housing having a fitting holding portion, a first water stop portion provided along a first opening end edge of the peripheral wall, a second water stop portion provided along a second opening end edge of the peripheral wall, and a guide lock. The guide lock guides the fitting component with respect to the fitting holding portion along an extending direction of the first opening end edge, and guides the fitting component by a fitting stroke distance along a fitting direction along the first opening end edge and the second opening end edge such that the fitting component is fitted and held. The fitting stroke distance is shorter than a length of the first water stop portion and the second water stop portion.

A resin structure includes a first resin body having an annular first side wall portion, a second resin body having a second side wall portion, and a third resin body having a bottom wall portion and an annular third side wall portion connected to the bottom wall portion. The second resin body is assembled to the first resin body, such that an upper edge of the second side wall portion and at least a portion of an annular lower edge of the first side wall portion in a circumferential direction are aligned. The third resin body is assembled to the second resin body, such that an annular upper edge of the third side wall portion and at least a lower edge of the second side wall portion are aligned.

To achieve efficient heat spreading and heat releasing by using a metal core of a circuit board, a terminal block includes an insulating block body and terminals. At least one of the terminals is provided with terminal portions for a connection with a circuit board. The terminal portions are inserted into respective through holes of the circuit board, the circuit board having a pattern circuit at a surface layer thereof and a conductive metal core at an intermediate portion in a thickness direction, so that heat of the metal core or of both the metal core and the pattern circuit is absorbed and transferred to the terminals. A bus-bar block includes an insulating block body and several parallel bus-bars with different lengths. Terminal portions at a tip end of the bus-bars are inserted, near heat-generating component on the circuit board, into the through holes of the circuit board.

Circuit board structure having measures against heat

The present invention provides a junction block adapted adaptable for a variety of vehicles without increase of cost. The junction block includes a circuit board, a terminal blockfor low-grade use to be connected to the circuit board, a bus bar blocksuperimposed on the terminal block and connected to the circuit board, a coverfor covering the circuit board from side of the bus bar block, and a plurality of fuses' to be connected to terminalsof the terminal block and the bus bar block, wherein the junction block is adaptable for a variety of vehicles with or without use of the bus bar block.

Junction block

Bus bars each having on one side a terminal portion for connection of an electrical component and on the other side a terminal portion for connection of circuit board are provided in an insulating block body parallel to each other to constitute a busbar block. The bus bars are prevented from uplifting by virtue of a rib integral with the block body. Recessed portions for positioning are provided in an insulating cover corresponding to the ribs, and at the same time as the busbar block is attached to the cover, the ribs are brought into engagement with the recessed portions to provide positioning of the busbar block. Terminal block constructed by terminals each having on one end thereof a terminal portion for connection of an electrical component and on the other side thereof a terminal portion for connection of circuit board, and an insulating block body holding the terminals.

Busbar-block mounting structure

A plate-like terminal mounting structure is configured to attach a plurality of plate-like terminals in multiple tiers to a terminal holder for facilitated and effective positioning of the terminals in the terminal holder and prevention of undesirable impacts of the terminals upon a connection between the terminals and a circuit board. The terminal holder includes a plurality of ribs tapering toward their tips and parallel to each other. The terminal includes a recessed portions or holes for engaging the plate-like terminals with the ribs in a regular mounting position without gap left therebetween. The rib includes sloping surfaces on its four sides (front, rear, right, and left sides). The terminal holder includes a partition wall separating the terminals from each other, the partition wall being in one piece with the ribs. The plate-like terminals are arranged in multiple tiers in a height direction of the ribs. The recessed portion or the hole of the terminal in a lower tier is large, and the recessed portion or the hole of the terminal in the upper tier is small depending on tapering of the ribs.
