Disclosed is a fin processing apparatus including an upper pressing die () and a lower pressing die () placed apart from each other and capable of coming close to and away from each other, a corrugating mechanism () disposed between the pressing dies () for continuously forming a plurality of consecutive corrugated members (Fa) from a flat plate (Fo) which is a workpiece material, the consecutive corrugated member (Fa) having a predetermined number of crest portions, and a restriking mechanism () disposed between both pressing dies () for simultaneously restrike-forming a plurality of crest and trough portions of the consecutive rectangle member (Fb) from the consecutive corrugated member (Fa). The corrugating mechanism () and the restriking mechanism () are provided integrally.

Fin processing apparatus

Tanks of a first heat exchanger have plane sections perpendicular to bottoms having a plurality of tube insertion holes formed therein. Tanks of a second heat exchanger with circular cross sections have bottoms having a plurality of tube insertion holes formed therein. The axes of the tube insertion holes of the first and second heat exchangers are held in parallel with each other. The second heat exchanger is in contact with the plane sections of the first heat exchanger tank.

Integral-type heat exchanger

Disclosed is an automatic wire replacing system for use in an automatic wire coiling apparatus including spindle having bobbins, at least one group of nozzle members, and a moving/controlling mechanism. The system comprises chucking means equipped on the moving/controlling mechanism so as to chuck a nozzle bar, a nozzle carrier so disposed as to travel in a manner that it can move toward and away from the chucking means, a plurality of clipping bases so disposed that two or more of them are arranged in parallel on each side of a travelling path for the nozzle carrier, and an extending retracting means for extending a corresponding one of the clipping bases onto the nozzle carrier and retracting it from the nozzle carrier.
