A metalization structure having a first conductor layer on the surface of an underlying layer and, further, a second conductor layer connected conductively with the first conductor layer in which a polyimide insulative film of low thermal expansion coefficient is present between at least an end of a pattern of the second conductor layer and the first conductor layer, for stably obtaining a metalization structure of high reliability and free from the worry of peeling of the conductor portion from a substrate or occurrence of cracking to the underlying layer.

Metalization structure and manufacturing method thereof

In an electronic circuit device having an input/output pin junction electrode, in order to remarkably improve the junction characteristics such as wettability and junction strength and to drastically simplify the production process, in forming an electronic circuit board in which glass ceramics is used for board material and a wiring conductor and junction electrode wherein the Cu is sized to extend beyond the pin hole so that solder only contacts it and not the ceramic circuit board. The wiring and junction electrode is formed in a same process while forming a cover coat on the electrode using board material, and Au or Au--Ni laminated film is formed on this electrode as occasion demands, and then an electronic component is connected thereto using a solder such a Au--Sn or Au--Ge.

Electronic circuit device

A distributorless ignition system in which a primary current alternately changing in its flowing direction is supplied to the primary winding of an ignition coil to induce a high secondary voltage alternately changing in polarity across the secondary winding of the ignition coil, and the induced voltage is sequentially distributed through a plurality of rectifiers such as diodes to a plurality of associated spark plugs thereby sequentially causing jumping of a spark across the spark gap of the spark plugs. An apparatus for mounting such a distributorless ignition system is also disclosed. In the invention, a surge voltage absorber is associated with each of the diodes, so that a surge voltage, which may be induced across the secondary winding of the ignition coil due to failure of normal sparking as when one or more of the spark plugs are removed or excessive wear occurs on the electrodes of one or more of the spark plugs, can be effectively absorbed without the possibility of damage to the diode or diodes and insulating members.

Distributorless ignition system with surge absorbing means and apparatus

In a construction of a car structure wherein a plurality of strength members each formed with an outdoor-side flange and an indoor-side flange are connected together and an outer plate member is connected to the outdoor-side flanges of the strength members, a joint member is provided which joint member includes outdoor-side and indoor-side flanges of the strength members and a web continuously connecting the flanges together three-dimensionally. The use of the joint member for connecting the strength members together facilitates production of the car structure and increases strength thereof.

Construction of car structure

A compact and low-cost apparatus for detecting the proximity of a human body and generating a corresponding electrical signal is disclosed which apparatus includes an oscillator and an operational amplifier. Under normal conditions, equal input voltages are applied to the input terminals of the operational amplifier, whereas the equilibrium of the input voltages is lost by the approach of a human body to the apparatus.
