An electric power collection/distribution ring of a rotary electric machine including: a plurality of ring shaped bus rings each of which is to be connected to one of a plurality of coils provided in the rotary electric machine, the coils each corresponding to phases of the rotary electric machine; a plurality of fixing member which are fixed to the bus rings and arranged along the circumferential direction thereof; and a plurality of connection terminals which are fixed to the bus rings and arranged along said circumferential direction, and which can be connected with one of leader line sections of the coils.

Electric power collection/distribution ring of rotary electric machine

In a motor stator structure, a neutral-point bus ring is arranged along an inner peripheral portion of a stator, and alternately includes a larger-diameter portion, a first link portion, a smaller-diameter portion, and a second link portion. An end of a wound wire pulled out of a coil is located between radially-extending adjacent first and second link portions. A connecting terminal is connected at one end to the end of the wound wire, and at the other end to the first and second link portions. The use of the neutral-point bus ring ensures that a neutral point can be formed without bending the end of the wound wire of the coil into a U-shape. Particularly when a rectangular cross-section wire difficult to bend is used as the wound wire, the processing cost can be reduced.

An insulating bobbin mounted on a tooth extending from an annular yoke of a stator with a rectangular wire being around the insulating bobbin has a tooth insulating portion for insulating the tooth of the stator and the rectangular wire and an extending portion extending from an end portion of the tooth insulating portion along an inner surface of the yoke, wherein a guide groove for guiding the rectangular wire diagonally relative to a circumferential direction of the tooth insulating portion from an outside of the extending portion is provided in a side of the extending portion on one of axial sides of the stator.

Permanent magnet rotor and brushless motor

The invention provides a hybrid vehicle drive apparatus in which a stator of a motor used under a high temperature environment can be simply and securely fixed to a motor housing. An AC motor is connected to a crank shaft between an internal combustion engine and a transmission, the AC motor is provided with a motor housing connected to each of the internal combustion engine and transmission, a stator constituted by a plurality of stator pieces arranged to form a ring shape, each of the stator pieces constituted by stator core teeth, a stator hold ring opening portion corresponds to an outer peripheral shape of the stator and is press-fitted to the opening portion, and the stator hold ring is fixed to the motor housing. A coefficient of thermal expansion of the stator substantially coincides with a coefficient of thermal expansion of the stator hold ring.

Hybrid vehicle drive apparatus

A battery assembly has a temperature control mechanism for effecting cooling or heating unit batteries for operation in a desired temperature range. First heat-exchange planar members of respective heat-transfer plates are sandwiched between the unit batteries that are arranged in an array, and second heat-exchange planar members thereof are held against transverse narrow side walls of the unit batteries. The unit batteries and the heat-transfer plates are securely fastened together by holder plates. Heat produced when the unit batteries are in operation is transferred through the first and second heat-exchange planar members of the heat-transfer plates and dissipated into an appropriate cooling medium, such as atmospheric air or another cooling fluid, through a heat-exchange.
