A vehicle control device includes processor configured to execute computer-readable instructions to perform. The processor is configured to acquiring a state of a first battery and a state of a second battery, acquiring at least first actual output power of the first battery, calculating a first upper power limit value based on the state of the first battery, calculating a second upper power limit value based on the state of the second battery, and controlling a power conversion process of a power convertor based on the calculated upper power limit values, requested power from a vehicle to be output to a motor, and the first actual output power. The controlling of the power conversion process includes, when output instruction content for iteratively issuing an instruction is determined, calculating the second requested power obtained by correcting currently requested power based on a difference between previously requested power and the first actual output power.

Power supply system

A power supply system includes: a first power circuit having a first battery, a second power circuit having a second battery, a voltage converter which converts voltage between the first power circuit and the second power circuit, a power converter which converts power between the first power circuit and the drive motor, a power control unit which controls charge/discharge of the first and second batteries by operating the voltage converter and the power converter, a first voltage parameter acquisition unit which calculates an effective value for the closed circuit voltage of the first battery as a first voltage parameter, a second voltage parameter acquisition unit which calculates the static voltage of the second battery as a second voltage parameter, in which the power control unit causes power to discharge from the second battery so that the second voltage parameter becomes no more than the first voltage parameter.

A power supply system includes power circuit which connects first and second batteries with a drive motor, and a management ECU which controls transfer of power between the batteries and the drive motor. The management ECU limits the output power of the second battery to no more than a second output upper limit, during combined output travel which drives the drive motor by way of the combined output of the first and second batteries. In addition, the management ECU sets the second output upper limit to a second maximum output of the second battery in the case of the first SOC of the first batter being greater than a remaining amount warning threshold, and sets the second output upper limit to a range extending upper limit which is smaller than the second maximum output, in the case of the first SOC being less than the remaining amount warning threshold.

The power supply determining part determines whether there is a power supplied from outside of the vehicle to the battery at start-up of the engine. The alarming part alarms to prompt a driver to manually operate the automatic stop control part when it is determined that there is a power supplied from the outside by the power supply determining part.

A sheet feeding device of the present invention includes a cutter capable of being moved back and forth by hand between two reference positions outside of a sheet conveyance range. When the cutter is held in a halt at a position other than the reference positions, the sheet feeding device returns a sheet toward the upstream side by a preselected amount and then returns the cutter to one of the reference positions. Even when the cutter moved by hand for the replacement or the replenishment of a sheet is left in the sheet conveyance range, the cutter is prevented from again cutting the leading edge of the sheet when returning to the reference position. This protects the leading edge of the sheet from defective cutting.

Sheet feeding device and image forming apparatus using the same

A sheet conveying device including a pair of rollers to convey a sheet impinged against a nip portion of the pair of rollers. Also included is a driving device which drives the pair of rollers to rotate in either a forward direction or a reverse direction, a sheet detecting device which detects the sheet inserted into the nip portion, and a controller which controls the pair of rollers to rotate in the forward direction after rotating the pair of rollers in the reverse direction by a predetermined amount of rotation, when the sheet is inserted into the nip portion of the pair of rollers.
