A tap holder having a simple structure and high runout accuracy is provided. A tap holder includes: a body having a collet holder hole having an opening toward distal end; a tap collet received in the collet holder hole, the tap collet having a tap mounting hole located at a distal end portion, and a sleeve hole located at a basal end portion; a torque transmission mechanism that transmits rotation of the body to the tap collet; a first elastic body disposed between the body and the tap collet to urge the tap collet toward distal end; a sleeve disposed to the body by received in the sleeve hole to prevent the tap collet from slipping off toward distal end; and a second elastic body disposed between the sleeve and the tap collet to urge the tap collet toward basal end.

The drilling machine includes a spindle, a spindle motor, a frame including, a linear motion guide support plate, a motor support portion, and a ram support plate disposed at a front end of the linear motion guide support plate, and having a height lower than the motor support portion, a linear motion guide disposed on the reference surface, a slider having a nut mounting hole to reciprocate along the linear motion guide, and having a height substantially the same as the motor support portion, a ram penetrating the first ram guide hole, a feed screw including a screw shaft having a rear end supported by the motor support portion and a front end that is a free end, and a nut fastened to the nut mounting hole; and a feed motor connected to the screw shaft.

A fluid nozzle includes a nozzle chip that includes a through hole having an inlet port from which a fluid supplied to the fluid nozzle is introduced and an outlet port from which the introduced fluid is ejected; and a base metal member that supports the nozzle chip embedded in a rear portion of the base metal member. The fluid nozzle receives the fluid supplied to the rear portion from the inlet port and ejects the fluid from the outlet port. An exposed portion of the base metal member is covered with a ceramic coating so that the base metal member does not touch the fluid.

A clamping device can clamp a processing object and a hole drilling apparatus with high accuracy, and maintain a stable thrust force with a small size. The clamping device clamps the hole drilling device that drills a hole through the processing object. The clamping device includes: a clamp plate drive unit disposed at the front end portion, on the processing object side, of the hole drilling apparatus; a clamp plate that advances and retreats along the machining shaft of the hole drilling apparatus in association with the clamp plate drive unit; a bush that advances and retreats integrally with the clamp plate, and a collet whose diameter is expanded by the advancing and retreating of the bush to be engaged with a jig plate for position definition of a drill (hole drilling tool) for drilling a hole through the processing object.

Clamping device, clamping method, and hole drilling method

A drive system can be simplified and downsized, improves its operability, and can be configured to clamp or unclamp a work at an accurate drive timing. This invention is a clamp device of a drill. This invention includes a clamp collet inserted into a hole formed in the work, a mandrels inserted slidably inside the clamp collet, a piston-cylinder mechanism reciprocating the mandrels axially, and a directional valve driving a piston. The directional valve includes a forward introduction port introducing a pressured fluid for advancing a ram of the drill, and a main introduction port introducing the main pressured fluid. When the pressured fluid is introduced to the forward introduction port, it is clamped by a one-way movement of the piston.

A clamping device is attached to a front part of a body of a boring machine for clamping the boring machine and a workpiece together. The clamping device comprises a fixed piston fixed on the front part of the body, a movable piston equipped over the front part of the body movably in the axial direction of a spindle of the boring machine, a first pressure chamber, a second pressure chamber, a pressurized fluid-supply device to supply pressurized air to the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber so that the movable cylinder is moved in the axial direction, a connecting mechanism an end portion of which is connected to the movable cylinder, and a clamping unit which is connected to the other end portion of the connecting mechanism, and is fixed to a certain position of the workpiece.

To provide a working unit ejecting mist of the excellent quality. A working unit includes a body, a ram, a forward and backward moving mechanism moving the ram forward and backward, a tool, a holding section holding the tool and moving forward and backward integrally with the ram, a spindle motor rotating the holding section, and a mist supply portion supplying mist mixed with air and cutting oil to the tool and works a workpiece while supplying the mist. The tool has through-holes supplying the mist to a cutting blade portion. The holding section includes a collet holding the tool and a collet holder having an inner cylindrical portion into which the collet is inserted with a communication hole to which the mist supplied from the mist supply portion 10 is introduced being formed from the inner cylindrical portion to an outer peripheral portion. A flow path guide plug having a mist supply path formed from an inner opening end of the communication hole toward the through-holes of the tool is internally fitted to the inner cylindrical portion.

A hydraulic feed-rate control apparatus pushes out a fluid by a main piston to a reservoir chamber via feed-rate adjustment mechanisms and flow passages and adjusts a feed rate of a reciprocating body; the adjustment mechanisms comprises first and second throttle valves arranged at front ends of a cylinder and adjusting flow rates of the fluid flowing into the flow passages; the main piston comprises an auxiliary piston integrally moving, and opening and closing the second throttle valve; and the auxiliary piston comprises an outer peripheral portion fitted in the second throttle valve and closed, a concave portion formed between a front portion and rear portion of the outer peripheral portion, a circulation hole formed in an inner peripheral portion of the auxiliary piston, rear-portion escape holes communicating the rear portion and the circulation hole, and concave-portion escape holes communicating the concave portion with the circulation hole.

Hydraulic feed-rate control apparatus

The pneumatic drilling device includes: a ram provided inside a cylindrical body so that the ram can move forward and backward therein; a spindle air motor provided inside the ram; a feed air cylinder mechanism for moving the ram forward and backward; and an air supply port for supplying compressed air to the feed air cylinder mechanism and the spindle air motor through an airflow path. The airflow path includes: a first flow path for driving the spindle air motor; and a second flow path communicating with the feed air cylinder mechanism for moving the ram forward and backward. The first flow path and the second flow path are separately and independently provided in parallel.
