A speaker device includes a diaphragm, a frame supporting the diaphragm vibratably along a vibration direction, and a driving part disposed in proximity of the frame and vibrating the diaphragm corresponding to an audio signal. The driving part includes a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap formed along a direction different from the vibration direction of the diaphragm, a voice coil supporting part having a voice coil and vibrating along the magnetic gap, and a vibration-direction-conversion part direction-converting the vibration of the voice coil supporting part and transmitting the vibration to the diaphragm. The vibration-direction-conversion part includes a link body angle-converting a link part formed between the voice coil supporting part and the diaphragm.

Speaker device

A flat speaker device capable of emitting loud reproduced sound with a relatively simple configuration is provided. The speaker device includes a diaphragm, a frame supporting the diaphragm vibratably in the vibration direction, a magnetic circuit disposed in the frame, and a driving member for driving the diaphragm. The driving member includes a voice coil movably disposed in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit, a driving part formed movably in a direction different from the vibration direction of the diaphragm, and an angle conversion and transmission part, one end of which is angle-variably joined to the driving part and another end of which is angle-variably joined to the diaphragm. The angle conversion and transmission part has rigidity and is obliquely disposed with respect to each of the vibration direction of the diaphragm and the moving direction of the driving part.

A speaker vibrating body vibrated by a driving part includes a plurality of diaphragms vibratably supported by a static part supporting said driving part and a diaphragm connecting part, provided between a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm among said plurality of diaphragms, coupling said first diaphragm and said second diaphragm and synchronously moving said first diaphragm and said second diaphragm toward or away from each other.

According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a speaker apparatus including: a speaker frame; and a connection terminal for electrically connecting to an outside of a speaker, an axis line of the connection terminal being arranged along a tangential line direction of a circumference of the speaker, the connection terminal being not projected to an outer side in a diameter direction of the speaker from the speaker frame.

A speaker device includes a damper allowing high linearity. The speaker device includes a vibration body including a damper and a voice coil bobbin (bobbin), and a magnetic circuit having a plate. The damper has a first member arranged opposite the plate, and a second member projecting on a side of the plate from the first member. The first member has a movable part elastically supporting the bobbin. The movable part is a flat plate, and behaves with respect to a bent part provided between the movable part and the second member with movement of the bobbin in an acoustic radiation direction and reverse. Therefore, when a constant force is given to the damper via the voice coil, a displacement of the damper with respect to a rest position can be substantially similar in such a case that the damper behaves in the acoustic radiation direction and the reverse.

In a speaker device, cutting wiring electrically connected to a conductive wire of an electronic component and a voice coil, and the conductive wire and the wiring are electrically connected without a speaker terminal lug. The speaker device includes wiring electrically connected to the voice coil, an electronic component having a component wire, and a frame. The frame has a conductive wire fixing part for fixing the conductive wire, and the conductive wire is fixed to the conductive wire fixing part to be directly connected to the wiring. Thereby, even if a vibration is transmitted to the frame at the time of driving the speaker device, the conductive wire never vibrates, and the conductive wire does not pull the wiring. Therefore, the conductive wire and wiring are not cut. Also, since the conductive wire is the speaker terminal lug, cost of the speaker device can be reduced.

According to an embodiment of the invention, there is provided a speaker apparatus includes: a voice coil bobbin; and a diaphragm that is vibrated by the voice coil bobbin, the diaphragm including an edge portion at an outer circumference of the diaphragm, the edge portion including at least two ridge portions protruding forward.

Edge support for a speaker apparatus comprising multiple ridges

A speaker apparatus comprises: a drive cone transferring a drive power of a voice coil to the diaphragm; a diaphragm disposed in a driving direction; and a diaphragm disposed in a driving direction. The drive cone is fixed to a diaphragm support of a frame. An outer circumference of the diaphragm is fixed to the diaphragm support of the frame. An outer circumference of the diaphragm is fixed to the diaphragm support of the frame. The diaphragm, the drive cone and the frame surround a sealed space where the diaphragm and the drive cone are connected through a non-ring-shaped connection piece. A vibration system is supported through a voice coil bobbin by a spring property of air contained in the sealed space.

Speaker apparatus and manufacturing method thereof

According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a speaker apparatus including: a magnetic circuit; a vibrating plate vibrated by the magnetic circuit; a speaker frame holding the magnetic circuit and the vibrating plate, and a connecting portion connecting a portion of holding the vibrating plate and a portion of holding the magnetic circuit, an inclined face of the connecting portion being inclined relative to a direction of tangential line of circumference of the speaker frame, the connecting portion configured to flow air due to a vibration of the vibrating plate along the inclined face thereof.

A magnetic circuit for a speaker device includes a yoke having a pole piece main body formed into a cylindrical shape or a hollow cylindrical column shape, and a flange part provided on an outer side thereof, a magnet arranged on the flange part, a plate arranged on the magnet, and an annular T-shape forming member arranged on the pole piece main body. A magnetic gap is formed between an inner peripheral wall of the plate and an outer peripheral wall of the T-shape forming member. A configuration formed by combining the T-shape forming member and the pole piece main body forms a T-shaped pole piece.

In a loudspeaker, a lead wire of a voice coil is fastened to a diaphragm, and is extended along the diaphragm. A bottom surface of a frame supporting the diaphragm is placed so as to face against a rear surface of the diaphragm. A protrusion is formed on the bottom surface so as to protrude toward the rear surface of the diaphragm. Therefore, the loudspeaker can prevent the lead wire of the voice coil, which is extending along the diaphragm, from being broken. Further, the loudspeaker can prevent the forward protruding diaphragm from being crushed and damaged.

A dome-shaped diaphragm includes a dome part which is formed in a dome-like shape and is convex forward in an oscillating direction, a neck part which is provided in continuation to an outer periphery of the dome part, and an edge including a roll part which is formed in a curved shape and is convex forward in the oscillating direction, and continued to the neck part at an inner peripheral edge thereof, wherein the neck part is provided with a curved portion which is convex backward in the oscillating direction, and an outer periphery of the curved portion is smoothly continued to an inner periphery of the roll part.

A speaker according to the present invention is equipped with a diaphragm having a central portion of a dome shape and an edge portion formed on an outer periphery thereof. Further, the speaker has also a frame attached with an outermost fringe of the edge portion and a damper member provided inside the central portion to support the central portion. The damper member supports an inner side surface of a voice coil bobbin also, so that a voice coil can be adequately positioned within a magnetic gap.
