An electronic device is provided. In the electronic device, a cover is securely fitted to a predetermined positioning hole formed in a printed board using a ready-made cover without using solder when the cover is installed in the printed board, so that the cover is prevented slipping from the printed board. The positioning hole is formed in a predetermined position of the printed board, and a cover claw that can be fitted to the positioning hole of the cover is formed in the cover, so that the cover covers the principal surface of the printed board to provide an electronic device.

Electronic device

A PLL circuit is provided capable of reducing phase noise and facilitating design. In the PLL circuit, a PLL receives a reference frequency and an output from a VC-TCXO, performs a lock operation. In a lock state, a selector selects an output of a first divider that divides the reference frequency. When PLL detects input of reference frequency being lost or an unlock state, the PLL outputs an alarm signal to the selector. When receiving the alarm signal from the PLL, the selector switches from the output of the first divider to an output of a second divider that frequency-divides an output of the VC-TCXO, and outputs the same. Then, a PLL receives an output of the selector and an output of a VCXO and performs a lock operation.

PLL circuit

A lead wire led-out type crystal oscillator of constant temperature type for high stability is disclosed, which includes a heat supply body that supplies heat to a crystal resonator from which a plurality of lead wires are led out, to maintain the temperature constant. The heat supply body includes a heat conducting plate which has through-holes for the lead wires and is mounted on the circuit board, and which faces, and is directly thermally joined to, the crystal resonator and a chip resistor for heating which is mounted on the circuit board adjacent to the heat conducting plate, and is thermally joined to the heat conducting plate.

Constant temperature type crystal oscillator

A high-frequency wireless communication device is provided that is capable of enlarging the range of communication by enhancing reception sensitivity while avoiding mutual interference. The device comprises an antenna filter and a direct detection type reception mechanism connected to the antenna filter. A crystal filter is used as the antenna filter. A crystal chip constituting the crystal filter and an IC chip into which the reception mechanism is integrated are housed in a single modular container to configure a high-frequency wireless module.

High-frequency radio apparatus

The present invention provides a constant temperature oven type crystal oscillator for reducing the difference of frequency stability caused by controlling the temperature in the oscillator when detecting the change of the outside-air temperature and controlling the amount of generated heat of a heat source provided in the oscillator.

Crystal oscillator

The crystal oscillator device for simultaneously generating oscillator signals with a plurality of oscillation modes of a crystal unit, comprising: a primary resonator unit filtering the oscillator signal with a primary oscillation mode, which is one of the oscillation modes, from the output of the crystal unit, a secondary resonator unit filtering the oscillation signal, bearing a different resonance frequency from that of the primary resonator unit, with the primary oscillation mode from the output of the crystal unit, a primary phase synthesis unit, synthesizing the phases of the output signal of the primary resonator unit and the output signal of the secondary resonator unit, a tertiary resonator unit, a quaternary resonator unit, and a secondary phase synthesis unit.

Crystal oscillator device, oscillation method and heater

A crystal oscillator of the present invention includes: a substrate provided in a package; a heating device arranged as surrounding an internal area of the substrate on at least one of the surfaces of the substrate; a crystal resonator or a crystal element and an oscillation circuit unit provided in an area enclosed by the heating device; a thermosensitive element which detects a temperature in an area enclosed by the heating device; and a control unit for controlling a heating value applied to the heating device based on a detection result of the thermosensitive element.

A molded part formed by outsert-molding a resin into a through hole of a pipe part includes a pipe part and a resin part. The pipe part includes a hole having a tapered surface whose size is gradually reduced inward from an end portion of a through hole formed in an outsert-molded part such as a metal part, and a resin part has an outer shape matching the tapered surface. The resin part is formed in the pipe part by outsert molding.
