Provided is a target instrument including a pole, a prism provided on the pole, and a terminal device provided on the pole, wherein the terminal device comprises an image pickup module, a tilt sensor which detects tilts in two axial directions, and an arithmetic control module, wherein the image pickup module acquires an image which includes a reference object, the tilt sensor detects a tilt angle of a target instrument, and the arithmetic control module calculates a tilt direction of the target instrument from a position of the reference object in the image, calculates a tilt direction of the target instrument based on tilt angles in the two axial directions of the tilt sensor, acquires a deviation between the two tilt directions, and corrects the tilt angles in the two axial directions of the tilt sensor to tilt angles in directions parallel to an optical axis of the image pickup module and orthogonal to the optical axis based on the deviation.

A surveying instrument includes a main body including a base and a pedestal rotating in a horizontal direction relative to the base, and a cover member which covers the main body, wherein the pedestal is provided with a support member which supports a lens barrel of a ranging optical system to be rotatable in a vertical direction, and the cover member covers the support member of the pedestal, the lens barrel, and a guide light irradiation unit which irradiates with guide light indicating a collimation direction of the main body to an operator.

Laser scanner

An electrode forming apparatus for electric parts has a tape and a driving mechanism. The tape has holding holes for holding board-shaped electric parts therein at regular intervals and feeding holes for feeding the tape at regular intervals. The driving mechanism can feed the tape by engaging with the feeding holes of the tape. A pasting unit applies electric conductive paste to the electric parts held by the holding holes of the tape fed by the driving mechanism, in order to form a electrode. Each of the holding holes has a pair of abutting edges for abutting on both opposite surfaces of the board-shaped electric parts and at least one cutout portion formed from the butting edges. Due to the above constitution, the board-shaped electric parts can be held and conveyed by the abutting edges of the holding hole.

A conveying apparatus for electric parts has a tape and a driving mechanism. The tape has holding holes for holding board-shaped electric parts therein at regular intervals and feeding holes for feeding the tape at regular intervals. The driving mechanism can feed the tape by engaging with the feeding holes of the tape. Each of the holding holes has a pair of abutting edges for abutting on both opposite surfaces of the board-shaped electric parts and at least one cutout portion formed from the abutting edges. Due to the above constitution, the board-shaped electric parts are held by the pair of abutting edges. Thus, the electric parts can be conveyed with their attitude kept fixed regardless of adverse influences such as vibrations from the moving tape, and can be easily removed from the holding holes by using the cutout portions.
