The present disclosure provides a three-level rectification DC/DC converter including primary and secondary circuits and a resonant tank circuit. A voltage between two primary terminals is a first voltage. The secondary circuit includes a flying capacitor, a switch bridge arm, and a capacitor bridge arm. The switch bridge arm includes four switches serially connected. Two terminals of the flying capacitor are respectively connected between the first and second switches and connected between the third and fourth switches. Two secondary terminals are respectively connected between the second and third switches and connected between two output capacitors of the capacitor bridge arm. In two consecutive periods of the first voltage, the first and second switches are in an on state for a preset time length after two falling edges respectively, and the third and fourth switches are in the on state for the preset time length after two rising edges respectively.

Three-level rectification DC/DC converter

The present disclosure provides a three-level rectification DC/DC converter including primary and secondary circuits and a resonant tank circuit. A voltage between two primary terminals is a first voltage. The secondary circuit includes two clamping switches, a switch bridge arm, and a capacitor bridge arm. The switch bridge arm includes four switches serially connected. The two clamping switches are connected in series between a node between the first and second switches and a node between the third and fourth switches. Two secondary terminals are respectively connected between the second and third switches and connected between two output capacitors of the capacitor bridge arm. A node between the two clamping switches is connected between the two output capacitors. The second and third switches are at least in an on state for a preset time length after falling and rising edges in a period of the first voltage respectively.

The present disclosure provides a single- and multi-phase DC/DC converter and a control method thereof that can offer a wide range of voltage conversion ratio by substantially reducing the switching frequency range, thereby resulting in performance improvement. Reduction in the switching frequency range is achieved by controlling the output voltage or current with a combination of variable duty ratio, variable frequency, and delay-time control.

Isolated resonant converter and control method thereof

A bidirectional DC-DC converter with three or more ports is described along with a method of operation thereof. The converter utilizes a common transformer for all ports and allows for power transfer from any port to any or all of the remaining ports. The converter may utilize a controller which implements variable-frequency control, delay-time control, and/or phase-delay control to achieve power transfer as desired between the converter ports. In some cases, power transfer between ports can operate similar to a series-resonant converter or a dual active bridge converter.

Multiple-port bidirectional converter and control method thereof

The present disclosure provides an on-board charger including a power supply terminal, a switching circuit, a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, a third bridge arm, a fourth bridge arm, a first bus capacitor, a second bus capacitor, a first switch and a control circuit. The present disclosure can realize a compatibility of a single-phase power supply input or a three-phase power supply input through the cooperation of the switching circuit with the control circuit. Meanwhile, the number of bus capacitors is reduced in the operating state of the single-phase power supply input, accordingly not only the volume and cost of the on-board charger can be reduced, but also the charging power of the on-board charger can be increased, which has an advantage of strong applicability.

The method includes: providing a first primary side driving signal to drive the first switch and the fourth switch, and providing a second primary side driving signal to drive the second switch and the third switch; and providing a fifth signal, a sixth signal, a seventh signal and an eighth signal; where switches of the first secondary side bridge arm or the second secondary side bridge arm are turned on or turned off at a zero crossing point of a primary side current, and a driving signal of the second secondary side bridge arm has a phase shift angle with respect to that of the first secondary side bridge arm and the fifth signal is complementary to the sixth signal, and the seventh signal is complementary to the eighth signal.

The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for charging and discharging. The apparatus includes: an AC power terminal, including first to third nodes, and a first center line node, and being configured to receive input an AC input or send an AC output; a power conversion stage, including fourth to sixth nodes, and a second center line node; a first bus capacitor and a second bus capacitor both coupled to the second center line node, the first center line node being coupled to the second center line node; a first switch set; a second switch set; a control module, coupled to the first switch set, the second switch set, the AC power terminal, and the power conversion stage.

Method and apparatus for charging and discharging

The present invention relates a single-phase and three-phase compatible circuit and a charge-discharge apparatus. The circuit comprises: a terminal, a first bridge arm, a first switch, a second bridge arm, a switch set, a third bridge arm, a fourth switch, two bus capacitors connected in series, and a fifth switch. The terminal is configured to receive or provide an AC power. When the terminal receives or provides a single-phase AC power, the first switch and the fifth switch are turned on and the first and third terminals of the switch set are electrically connected. The third inductor, the third bridge arm and the two bus capacitors form a half-bridge active filter circuit. A regulation module is electrically connected to the two bus capacitors and the third bridge arm, and controls the third bridge arm based on the voltages of the two bus capacitors.

Single-phase and three-phase compatible circuit and charge-discharge apparatus

An on-board charging/discharging system includes a bidirectional converter and a low-voltage converter. When the high-voltage battery is charged or discharged by the bidirectional converter, the bidirectional converter is operated in a variable-frequency mode and the low-voltage converter is also operated in the variable-frequency mode. The on/off states of different switches are controlled according to the output gain of the bidirectional converter, and thus the on-board charging/discharging system has optimized volume and reduced cost. Moreover, the soft switching is achieved when the output gain is lower than 1, greater than 1 or equal to 1. Consequently, the efficiency of the on-board charging/discharging system is enhanced. Moreover, while the low-voltage converter is operated in a fixed-frequency mode, the first bridge of the bidirectional converter is correspondingly controlled. Consequently, the voltage of the bus capacitor is within a reasonable range.

On-board charging/discharging system and control method thereof

A control method for a DC/DC converter and a DC/DC converter are provided. The method includes: providing a primary side driving signal to drive one or more primary side switches of the primary side circuit; providing a sixth signal, a fifth signal, a seventh signal and an eighth signal, where a phase shift angle exists between the sixth signal and the primary side driving signal, and the sixth signal, the fifth signal, the seventh signal and the eighth signal in turn have a predetermined phase difference; driving a sixth switch, a fifth switch, a seventh switch and an eighth switch according to the sixth signal, the fifth signal, the seventh signal and the eighth signal, respectively; where the switching frequency of the sixth signal, the fifth signal, the seventh signal or the eighth signal is half of the switching frequency of the primary side driving signal.

A charging device includes a first auxiliary bridge arm and a second auxiliary bridge arm. The first auxiliary bridge arm is connected between a first port and a second module. The second auxiliary bridge arm is connected between the first port and a third module. If the AC charging power is three-phase, the first module converts a first phase of the AC charging power, and the first auxiliary bridge arm and the second auxiliary bridge arm are disabled. Consequently, the second module converts a second phase of the AC charging power, and the third module converts a third phase of the AC charging power. If the AC charging power is single-phase, at least a first module is used to convert the AC charging power.
