Each stage of a scan driver includes a first control transistor connected between a first input terminal and a first node to operate in response to a clock signal, a second control transistor connected between a second input terminal and a second node to operate in response to the clock signal, a third control transistor connected between the first node and a first control node to operate in response to a first voltage provided through a first voltage terminal, a fourth control transistor connected between a second voltage terminal and a second control node to operate in response to potential at the first node, a fifth control transistor connected between the second control node and the first voltage terminal to operate in response to a potential at the second node, and a first capacitor connected between the second node and the second control node.

Scan driver and display device including the same

A gate driver includes a plurality of stages. At least one of the stages includes a control circuit configured to control a first control node in response to a first carry clock signal, a node separation transistor connected between the first control node and a second control node, a carry output circuit configured to output a carry signal in response to a voltage of the second control node, and a plurality of gate output circuits configured to output a plurality of gate signals having different timings in response to the voltage of the second control node.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus including pixels, each including a driving transistor comprising a first terminal, a second terminal, a first gate, and a second gate electrically connected to the second terminal. Each pixel further includes a first transistor electrically connected to a driving voltage line and the first terminal of the driving transistor, a second transistor electrically connected to the second terminal of the driving transistor and a light-emitting diode, a first capacitor electrically connected to the first gate of the driving transistor and the second terminal of the driving transistor, and a second capacitor electrically connected to the driving voltage line and the second terminal of the driving transistor. A timing at which a first gate signal is applied to a gate of the first transistor and a timing at which a second gate signal is applied to a gate of the second transistor are different from each other.

A pixel includes: a light-emitting diode; a first transistor; a second transistor connected to a gate of the first transistor and to a data line; a third transistor connected to the gate of the first transistor and to a first voltage line; a fourth transistor connected to the first transistor and a second voltage line; a fifth transistor connected to the first transistor and to a third voltage line; and a sixth transistor connected to the first transistor and to the light-emitting diode, where a gate signal supplied to a gate of the sixth transistor is a signal obtained by shifting a gate signal supplied to a gate of the fifth transistor by a certain time.

Pixel and gate driving circuit

Provided is a display apparatus in which initialization and compensation of a pixel is implemented through a pixel including a thin film transistor connected to a node between a driving transistor and a light emitting diode.

An electronic apparatus includes a display panel and a sensor disposed on the display panel and including a plurality of sensing units disposed on an active area. Each of the sensing units includes a first sensing pattern, second sensing patterns, a bridge pattern, and a plurality of patterns. Display device and electronic device including the same

In a display device according to the present disclosure, the display device includes a display panel and an input sensor layer. The display panel includes a display area that includes a first area through which an optical signal passes and a second area by which the optical signal is blocked. The first area includes a first sub-area having a first light transmittance and a second sub-area having a second light transmittance lower than the first light transmittance. The input sensor layer includes a first sensing pattern that overlaps the second area and includes first openings, and a second sensing pattern that overlaps the first area. The second sensing pattern includes second openings that overlap the second sub-area and are larger than the first openings, and at least one third opening that overlaps the first sub-area and is larger than the second openings.

A display device includes a window including a planar portion and a bending portion that is bent from the planar portion. A display module is disposed below the window. The display module includes a central portion overlapping the planar portion and an edge portion overlapping the bending portion. An adhesive member including an adhesive layer is disposed between the window and the display module. A lubrication layer overlaps at least a portion of the adhesive layer.

Display device and method for bonding the same

A display device may include a substrate in which an opening is defined, a first disconnected line disposed on the substrate, the first disconnected line extending along a first direction and including a first disconnected portion and a second disconnected portion, and the first disconnected portion and the second disconnected portion being disconnected from each other by the opening, and a first bypass line disposed on the substrate in a different layer from the first disconnected line, the first bypass line bypassing the opening and connecting the first disconnected portion and the second disconnected portion to each other.
