Integrated circuit including standard cells and method of designing the same

A display device includes: first to third pixel circuits, each of which includes a first transistor including a first electrode connected to a first power line, a second electrode connected to the light emitting element, and a control electrode connected to a node, a second transistor including a first electrode connected to a data line, a second electrode connected to the first transistor's first electrode, and a control electrode connected to a write scan line, and a capacitor including a first electrode connected to a constant voltage line and a second electrode connected to the node. The second metal layer may include a first upper interconnection line and a second upper interconnection line, which are provided on each of the first and second logic cells. The emission driver is configured to provide an emission signal to the pixel. The pixel includes a light emitting element, a driving switching element and a bias switching element. The driving switching element is configured to apply a driving current to the light emitting element. The bias switching element is configured to provide a bias voltage to an input electrode of the driving switching element. A frequency of a bias gate signal applied to a control electrode of the bias switching element is greater than a frequency of a data write gate signal applied to the pixel.

A pixel includes: a light emitting diode; a first transistor; a first capacitor connected between a first node and a gate electrode of the first transistor; a second transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor, a second electrode and a gate electrode which receives a first scan signal; and a third transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to the second electrode of the second transistor, a second electrode electrically connected to a third voltage line, and a gate electrode which receives a second scan signal. During an initialization period, an initialization voltage provided from the third voltage line is provided to the gate electrode of the first transistor through the third and second transistors, and, when the initialization period is terminated, at least one of the second transistor and the third transistor is turned off.

A pixel circuit includes a light emitting element, a driving switching element, a storage capacitor, a data voltage applying switching element and a first leakage compensation switching element. The driving switching element is configured to apply a driving current to the light emitting element. The storage capacitor is connected to a control electrode of the driving switching element. The data voltage applying switching element is configured to apply a data voltage to the storage capacitor. The first leakage compensation switching element is disposed between the storage capacitor and the data voltage applying switching element.

The first transistor is connected between a power line and the light emitting element and operates depending on a potential of a first node.
