A display apparatus is disclosed. The display apparatus comprises: a display panel which can output a first resolution content at a first frame rate; a communication interface comprising communication circuitry; and a processor which when a first resolution content is received through the communication interface and the frame rate of the content is the first frame rate, is configured to: adjust the resolution of the received content to a second resolution, generate an interpolated frame for the second resolution content, and control the display panel to output the second resolution content including the interpolated frame at a second frame rate greater than the first frame rate.

The signal for controlling each of the plurality of driver ICs comprises, for each LED module corresponding to each of the plurality of driver ICs, a channel signal for controlling each channel of the LED module, and a scan signal for controlling each scan line of the LED module.
