The electronic device includes a wireless communication circuit including a plurality of radio frequency (RF) modules, a memory configured to store a plurality of reference values for classifying a plurality of areas within a cell to which the electronic device belongs, and a processor, and the processor may be configured to determine, based on at least one of a first broadcasting signal received from a base station in the cell and the plurality of reference values stored in the memory, at least one RF module among the plurality of RF modules to monitor a second broadcasting signal transmitted from the base station and a period of the monitoring, and perform the monitoring by using the determined at least one RF module according to the determined period.

According to an example embodiment, a method and device for controlling a screen displayed on a display is provided. The method includes: based on a layout of a split screen displayed on the display, verifying a trigger region in the split screen; based on a first input controlling a handle region of a pop-up window displayed on an upper layer of the split screen, detecting that at least a portion of the trigger region is overlaid with the pop-up window; changing the layout of the split screen based on at least one of a position of the portion of the trigger region overlaid with the pop-up window, a relative position of the handle region and a divider of the layout; and displaying a region in the split screen in which the pop-up window is to be arranged.

The first RSRP value is measured from a first reference signal of a serving cell, and the second RSRP value is measured from a second reference signal of a neighboring cell.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a plurality of antenna modules, and a communication processor. The communication processor may be configured to identify information set for reception of different signals transmitted from a plurality of transmission and reception points (TRPs), identify information related to a strength of a reference signal corresponding to a first TRP among the plurality of TRPs and information related to a strength of a reference signal corresponding to a second TRP among the plurality of TRPs, for a plurality of reception beams set in the plurality of antenna modules, respectively, identify that a first reception beam of a first antenna module among the plurality of antenna modules is selected to receive a signal transmitted from the first TRP and a second reception beam of the first antenna module is selected to receive a signal transmitted from the second TRP, and receive a signal corresponding to the first TRP and a signal corresponding to the second TRP based on a third reception beam of the first antenna module.
