An event control computing platform may receive information from one or more social media service computing platforms. Subsequently, the event control computing platform may identify, based on the received information, whether a change should be made to user data associated with a user identifiable by the received information. If the information indicates that a change should be made to the user data, then the event control computing platform may extract metadata from the received information to verify the accuracy of the received information. When the metadata verifies the accuracy of the received information, the event control computing platform may generate a command configured to cause a change to the user data and then may transmit the generated command to an event validation computing platform.

Multicomputer processing of user data with centralized event control

Aspects of the disclosure relate to multicomputer processing of data from social media service computing platforms and other sources with centralized event control. A first computing platform may receive a request to authorize an event from a first device as well as information from one or more social media service computing platforms. The first computing platform may determine whether or not to authorize the event and may request authorization for the event from a second device. Subsequently, the first computing platform may command a second computing platform to authorize or not authorize the event accordingly. The rules and conditions evaluated by the first computing platform in determining whether or not to authorize the event may be determined or altered by a machine learning engine of the first computing platform.

Systems are provided for providing a contextualized set of help topics. A user interaction contextualization system receives a search request for help topics from a user device, responsive to which the user interaction contextualization system retrieves an uncontextualized set of help topics from a help topics index. The user interaction contextualization system may collect and analyze contextual data from various data sources, and real-time and historical user engagement data associated with the user. The user interaction contextualization system may then use the collected data to generate a contextualized set of help topics.

System for providing contextualized search results of help topics

Systems and computer-readable media are disclosed for utilizing one or more data sources to generate a customized user interface. A first set of services and operations may be generated. Each service and operation in the first set of services and operations may be ranked based on an analysis of user engagement data. A second set of services and operations may be generated based on the ranking of each service and operation in the first set. Client-side instructions to render the second set of services and operations may be transmitted to a user device.

System for utilizing one or more data sources to generate a customized interface

Aspects of the disclosure relate to implementing and using a data processing system to provide real-time data to improve event delivery timing. A computing platform may establish respective connections with and receive, via a communication interface, (i) from a subordinate user computing device, information defining a first event; (ii) from a supervisory user computing device, supervisory information associated with the first event; and (iii) from a first participant computing device, first participant information associated with delivery of the first event. The computing platform may execute an algorithm for comparing the information defining the first event, the supervisory information, and the first participant information, and generating a formatted alert based thereon. The formatted alert may be transmitted for display on the subordinate user computing device and/or the supervisory user computing device.

Predictive modeling for event delivery based on real-time data

Aspects of the disclosure relate to implementing and using a data processing system to provide real-time data to improve event delivery timing. A computing platform may establish respective connections with and receive, via a communication interface, (i) from collection of subordinate user computing devices, information defining a first event; (ii) from collection of supervisory user computing devices, supervisory information associated with the first event; and (iii) from a first participant computing device, first participant information associated with delivery of the first event. The computing platform may execute an algorithm for aggregating the information defining the first event and the supervisory information, and generating a formatted alert based thereon. The formatted alert may be transmitted for display on the first participant computing device.

Systems are provided for providing contextualized user recapture solutions. A user interaction contextualization system may receive a notification of a user accessing one of the organization's services via a user device. Responsive to the notification, the user interaction contextualization system may collect and analyze contextual data from various data sources, and real-time and historical user engagement data associated with the user. The user interaction contextualization system may then use the collected data to determine the user's likelihood of abandonment of the organization's services. Based on the likelihood of abandonment, the user interaction contextualization system may initiate one or more user recapture solutions.

The system may the plurality of social network communications associated with the social network identification of the user using rules provided by the rules engine server, and generate, by the sourcing engine server, based on the analyzed social network communications, a trigger condition based on predetermined criteria stored in a database and in response to the trigger condition, solicit, via a secure network, input from the matched individuals corresponding to the trigger condition.

Systems and computer-readable media are disclosed for utilizing one or more data sources to generate a set of operations. First data may be received from a first data source and second data may be received from a second data source. The first data and second data may be processed by conversion engines to generate a first set of common data and a second set of common data. These sets of common data may be locally stored. A processing engine may analyze these sets of common data to detect one or more predefined events. A set of operations associated with the detected predefined events may be generated. The set of operations may be transmitted to a user device.

System for utilizing one or more data sources to generate a customized set of operations

A thermal measurement device for obtaining accurate thermal profiles during flip-chip semiconductor packaging and methodologies for making such devices is disclosed. Particularly, a measurement device comprised of a thermocouple sandwiched between a semiconductor packaging substrate and a semiconductor die. Such a device providing increased accuracy in temperature measurement. The present invention also teaches a packaging substrate assembled with a semiconductor die having an opening in the substrate enabling the placement of a thermocouple such that it is in contact with the die and secured in place. Apparatus and method for assembling solder balls in a selected one of several different patterns for delivery to connector pads on an integrated circuit package, or other receiver, includes a universal template containing holes at locations in an aggregate pattern of all hole locations for the several different patterns, and includes a subtemplate for each individual different pattern that contains posts at locations for insertion from the rear of the template into holes therein at locations where no surface recess is desired. The universal template may remain aligned with an assembly jig or holder of packages while only the subtemplate is changed to change the surface pattern of holes into which solder balls may then be distributed.
