A multi-winding inductor includes a magnetic core including four magnetic columns and a winding assembly including two windings. Each winding includes three portions. The first and third portions of the first winding are respectively between the first and the second magnetic columns, and the third and the fourth magnetic columns; and the first and third portions of the second winding are respectively between the fourth and the first magnetic columns, and the second and the third magnetic columns. Both the first portions of two windings extend to a surface of the magnetic core and respectively form a first and a third pins. The winding is a flat wire with the thickness less than the width, and the width direction is parallel to an extension direction of the first magnetic column.

Multi-winding inductor and power supply module

A power module includes a substrate, at least one power unit, a first carrier plate and at least one input capacitor. The power unit is disposed on the substrate and includes at least one half-bridge circuit including a first power switch and a second power switch connected in series. A second terminal of the first power switch and a first terminal of the second power switch are connected to a node. The first carrier plate and the input capacitor are arranged between the power unit and the substrate. A first electrode of the substrate is connected with the node through the first carrier plate. A top surface of a first terminal of the input capacitor is connected with a first terminal of the first power switch, and a top surface of a second terminal of the input capacitor is connected with a second terminal of the second power switch.

Power module

The present disclosure provides a multi-phase coupled inductor, a multi-phase coupled inductor array and a two-phase inverse coupled inductor. The multi-phase coupled inductor includes a magnetic core having longitudinal middle columns and windings respectively wound around the longitudinal middle columns. A magnetic flux direction of a DC magnetic flux generated by a current flowing through any one of the windings is opposite to a magnetic flux direction of a DC magnetic flux generated by a current flowing through other one of the windings, on the longitudinal middle column corresponding to the other one of the windings.

Multi-phase coupled inductor, multi-phase coupled inductor array and two-phase inverse coupled inductor

The present disclosure provides a coupled inductor and a power module. The coupled inductor includes a magnetic core, a first winding, a second winding, and an adjustment structure located in the magnetic core. At least part of the first winding and at least part of the second winding are in the magnetic core, a stacked portion of the first winding and a stacked portion of the second winding are stacked in a height direction, a non-stacked portion of the first winding and the second winding are not stacked in the height direction, and a non-stacked portion of the second winding and the first winding are not stacked in the height direction. The adjustment structure which is adjoining the non-stacked portion of the first winding and the non-stacked portion of the second winding and has a lower magnetic permeability than that of the magnetic core may adjusts leakage inductance.

Coupled inductor and power module

A multi-winding inductor includes a magnetic core including three magnetic columns and two windings. Each winding includes a first, a second and a third portions. The first magnetic column is arranged between the first portion of the first winding and the first portion of the second winding; the second magnetic column is arranged on one side of the first portion of the first winding and the third portion of the second winding; and the third magnetic column is arranged between the third portion of the first winding and the third portion of the second winding. The first and the second portions of two windings respectively form pins on opposite sides of the magnetic core.

A substrate includes a first insulation layer, a passive component, a first through-hole structure, a second insulation layer and a second electrode. The first insulation layer has a top surface and a bottom surface. The passive component is embedded in the first insulation layer. The passive component includes a first conducting terminal. The first through-hole structure is formed in the first insulation layer. The first through-hole structure includes a conductive part and an insulation part disposed within the conductive part. The conductive part is in contact with the first conducting terminal and formed as a first electrode. The second insulation layer is disposed on portion of the conductive part that is close to the bottom surface of the first insulation layer. At least part of the second electrode is disposed on the second insulation layer. The second electrode is in contact with the first insulation layer.

Substrate, manufacturing method, and power module with same

Embodiments of the present application provide a transformer and a bidirectional isolated resonant converter, where the transformer includes a first side winding, a second side winding, and a magnetic core. The magnetic core includes a winding column, at least one side column and two connecting portions. The first side winding includes: a first side first winding and a first side second winding that are electrically connected, and the second side winding is located between the first side first winding and the first side second winding. An air gap is provided on the winding column, and the air gap is provided between the second side winding and a first end surface of the winding column, and a first side equivalent leakage inductance and a second side equivalent leakage inductance are obtained through the air gap.

Transformer and bidirectional isolated resonant converter

Provided are a coupled inductor and a power module including the coupled inductor. A coupled inductor includes: a magnetic core, a first winding and a second winding, where a first passage is formed in the magnetic core; a part of the first winding and a part of the second winding pass through the first passage, and the first winding crosses with the second winding outside the first passage. Another coupled inductor includes: a magnetic core, a first winding and a second winding, where the magnetic core has a first passage and a second passage in parallel, both run through the magnetic core from one end face thereof to another opposite end face, where the first winding and the second winding both penetrate the first passage and the second passage, such that differently-named terminals of the windings are located on the same end face of the magnetic core.

Coupled inductor and power supply module

A magnetic component and a power module using the same are provided. The magnetic component includes a magnetic core, a first winding set and a second winding set. The magnetic core includes two connecting portions connected through three magnetic columns to form two opposite sides. Each connecting portion includes a pair of first air gaps spaced apart by the middle magnetic column. The first winding set and the second winding set are made by a flat conductive body, respectively, and spaced apart at a distance. The first winding set includes two first conducting portions connected through a first horizontal portion. The second winding set includes two second conducting portions connected through a second horizontal portion. The first horizontal portion and the second horizontal portion are exposed to the first side, and the two first conducting portions and the two second conducting portions are extended to the second side.
