A mass center of the first eccentric portion and the first roller is a first mass center, and a first mass-center axis passes through the first mass center and is parallel to an axis of the crankshaft. A mass center of the second eccentric portion and the second roller is a second mass center, and a second mass-center axis passes through the second mass center and is parallel to the axis of the crankshaft.
