Disclosed is a catalyst component for olefin polymerization. The catalyst component comprises magnesium, titanium, halogen and an internal electron donor. The internal electron donor includes an imine compound with a ketone group as shown in Formula I. Disclosed further is a method of preparing the catalyst component, and a catalyst for olefin polymerization containing the catalyst component. When the catalyst is used in olefin polymerization reaction especially propene polymerization reaction, the catalyst has a high activity and a long term activity and good hydrogen response, and the obtained polymer has characteristics of an adjustable isotactic index and a relatively wide molecular weight distribution. 

Catalyst component for olefin polymerization, catalyst, and use thereof

Disclosed is a catalyst component for olefin polymerization. The catalyst component comprises magnesium, titanium, halogen and an internal electron donor. The internal electron donor includes an imine compound with a ketone group as shown in Formula I. Disclosed further is a method of preparing the catalyst component, and a catalyst for olefin polymerization containing the catalyst component. When the catalyst is used in olefin polymerization reaction especially propene polymerization reaction, the catalyst has a high long-term activity and good hydrogen response, and the obtained polymer has characteristics of an adjustable isotactic index and a relatively wide molecular weight distribution. 

The present invention provides a catalyst component for olefin polymerization, obtained by a reaction of magnesium, titanium, halogen and an internal electron donor, the internal electron donor comprising an imine compound as shown in Formula Z. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the catalyst component, and a catalyst for olefin polymerization containing the same. When the catalyst of the present invention is used for olefin polymerization reaction, the catalyst has a high activity, and a slow rate of activity decay, and the obtained polymer has a high isotacticity index, and a wide molecular weight distribution.

The present invention discloses a catalyst component for propene polymerization, comprising titanium, magnesium, halogen, and internal electron donor A, wherein said internal electron donor A is selected from the compounds as shown in Formula I, in Formula I, R is selected from hydrogen, hydroxyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C-Chydrocarbyl, preferably from hydrogen, hydroxyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C-Calkyl, C-Caryl, C-Cheteroaryl, C-Calkylaryl and C-Carylalkyl; Rand Rmay be identical to or different from each other, and are selected from hydrogen and substituted or unsubstituted C-Chydrocarbyl, preferably from hydrogen and substituted or unsubstituted C-Calkyl, C-Caryl, C-Calkylaryl and C-Carylalkyl. According to the present invention, by using the compound as shown in Formula I as internal electron donor compound for propene polymerization, the catalyst has a higher activity, and a slow rate of delay of activity. The obtained polymer has not only a wider molecular weight distribution, but also a high melt index and isotacticity.

Catalyst component for propene polymerization, preparation method thereof, and catalyst containing the same

The present disclosure discloses a catalyst composition for olefin polymerization, comprising the following components: a): a solid catalyst component containing magnesium, titanium, halogens, and at least one internal electron donor having a lone pair of electrons; b): an aluminum alkyl compound; and c): an external electron donor containing a first external electron donor C1, which is a malonate compound. In the present disclosure, a catalyst composition having an external electron donor that contains a malonate compound is used in olefin polymerization, in particular propene polymerization, and can significantly improve catalytic activity and hydrogen response of the catalyst and expand molecular weight distribution of polymers, which facilitates development of different polymers.

Catalyst composition for olefin polymerization and application of same

The present disclosure provides a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization, comprising magnesium, titanium, a halogen, and an electron donor, wherein the electron donor is at least one selected from the group consisting of diol diester compounds as shown in Formula (I). The catalyst according to the present disclosure has significantly improved polymerization activity, hydrogen response, and stereoselectivity. According to the present disclosure, when the catalyst system containing a diol diester compound as shown in Formula (I) of the present disclosure is used in olefin polymerization, the catalyst shows good comprehensive performance, including high catalytic activity. In particular, in the presence of highly concentrated hydrogen, the catalyst has an improved hydrogen response and/or isotacticity of the polymers obtained can be significantly improved. The catalyst of the present disclosure is beneficial for obtaining polymers with a high melt index and high isotacticity, and for development of polymers of different grades. 

The present disclosure provides a suspension of a solid catalyst component used in propylene polymerization and a method for preparing the same. The suspension includes the solid catalyst component and a liquid medium containing propylene and an alkane, and is preferably prepared by mixing the solid catalyst component and the alkane to obtain a mixed slurry, which is further mixed with liquid propylene. Using of a proper liquid dispersing agent at a proper proportion and amount enables the solid catalyst component to be more homogeneously dispersed, thus preventing the phenomenon of agglomeration in the polymerization process without using a large amount of the dispersing agent or any additional mixer. The present disclosure further provides a method of propylene polymerization, including feeding the suspension into a reaction system of propylene polymerization, wherein propylene polymerization is initiated under polymerization conditions.

A catalyst component for olefin polymerization comprising magnesium, titanium, halogen and electron donor, wherein the electron donor is selected from at least one of the diol diester compounds, when the diol diester comprised contains a certain amount of isomer with Fischer projection formula as shown in Formula (II), the activity and stereospecificity of the catalyst are greatly improved, especially in the production of polymers with high melt index, the isotactic index of the obtained polymers is improved substantially.

In comparison with the prior art, stereospecificity of the polymer prepared by using the catalyst system of this invention evenl containing no external electron-donor is greater than 99%. Also, the activity of the catalyst system and hydrogen gas adjustability on the molecular weight of the polymer do not significantly decrease.
