The present disclosure relates to the field of immunology, in particular to a B-cell epitope ofcysteine protease inhibitor, a hybridoma cell line, a monoclonal antibody and uses thereof. The present disclosure provides a hybridoma cell line that can generate anti-WN10 antibody, and identifies the specific B-cell epitope of WN10 protein recognized by the monoclonal antibody. These are of great significance for the diagnosis of trichinellosis, for the establishment of competitive ELISA for detecting antibodies and sandwich ELSIA for detecting circulating antigens, for the detection ofin different hosts and for the development of subunit vaccines.
