A fluidized catalytic conversion method for producing light olefins from hydrocarbons, includes the steps of conducting catalytic conversion of an olefin-rich feedstock in a first reaction zone of a fluidized catalytic conversion reactor, contacting a heavy feedstock with the reaction stream from the first reaction zone in a second reaction zone of the reactor for reaction, separating the effluent from the reactor, and recycling the resulting olefin-rich stream to the first reaction zone for further reaction. The method can improve the utilization rate of petrochemical resources and shows high yield and selectivity of ethylene, propylene and butylene.

Fluidized catalytic conversion method for producing low-carbon olefins from hydrocarbons

A catalytic conversion process for producing propylene includes the steps of: 1) providing a starting material comprising olefin(s) having 4 or more carbon atoms; 2) pretreating the starting material to obtain a propylene precursor comprising olefin(s) having 3×2carbon atoms, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and 3) subjecting the propylene precursor to a catalytic cracking reaction to obtain a reaction product comprising propylene.

A MFI-structured molecular sieve containing phosphorus and metal components has a formula expressed in anhydrous form and on the basis of oxide weight, as follows: (0&#x2dc;0.3) NaO (0.5&#x2dc;5.5) AlO(1.3&#x2dc;10) PO(0.7&#x2dc;15) M1O(0.01&#x2dc;5) M2O(70&#x2dc;97) SiO, wherein M1 is one of transition metals selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co and Ni, and M2 is any one of metals selected from the group consisting of Zn, Mn, Ga and Sn. Preparation processes and uses of the instant molecular sieve are also provided. The molecular sieve has an excellent performance for increasing the yield of lower olefins and increasing the aromatics content in gasoline, and can be used as a shape-selective active component for the catalytic cracking catalyst of petroleum hydrocarbons or its additives.

Molecular sieve with MFI structure containing phosphorus and metal components, preparation process and use thereof

The invention discloses a rare-earth Y-zeolite-containing catalyst for cracking hydrocarbons and a method for preparing the same. The catalyst is characterized in that the rare-earth content in crystal lattice of the rare-earth Y-zeolite, calculated in REO, is from 4 to 15% by weight, the original unit cell size is from 2.440 nm to 2.465 nm and the equilibrium unit cell size after 100% steam-aging treatment at 800&#xb0; C. for 17 hours is larger than 2.435 nm. The catalyst is obtained in the following steps: the rare-earth Y-zeolite is dried first till its water content less than 10% by weight, then in a weight ratio of SiCl:Y-zeolite=0.1&#x2dc;0.9:1, reacts with SiClgas carried by dry air, further is purged by dry air and washed by decationized water to remove the soluble by-products; the resulted rare-earth Y-zeolite is mixed with a binder and a clay, pulped and formed by spary drying. The zeolite content of the catalyst disclosed in present invention decreases 5&#x2dc;25% by weight compared to the catalyst prepared in prior art for cracking heavy oil and decreasing olefin content. The catalyst is characterized with good cracking activity, high hydrothermal stability, and high conversion of heavy oil as well as excellent selectivity of gasoline, dry gas and coke; moreover, the olefin content in the produced gasoline decreases effectively.

Rare earth y-zeolite catalyst for cracking hydrocarbons and a method for preparing same

A molecular sieve-containing catalyst for cracking hydrocarbons, comprising molecular sieve, refractory inorganic oxide, clay and a metal component, wherein the amount of said molecular sieve is from 1 to 90% by weight, the refractory inorganic oxide is from 2 to 80% by weight, the clay is from 2 to 80% by weight, and the metal component is from 0.1 to 30% by weight, calculated as the oxide of said metal having its maximum valence state, based on the total amount of the catalyst, wherein said metal component exists essentially in a reduction state and is one or more metals selected from the group consisting of metals of Group IIIA (other than aluminum), and metals of Group IVA, VA, IB, IIB, VB, VIB and VIIB, and non-noble metals of Group VIII of the periodic table. The catalyst has higher cracking activity and higher sulfur reduction activity.

Molecular sieve-containing catalyst for cracking hydrocarbons and a method for preparing the same

This invention relates to a process for cracking hydrocarbon oils. The process comprises contacting a hydrocarbon oil with a catalyst that has been contacted with an atmosphere containing a reducing gas, separating cracked products and the catalyst, and regenerating the catalyst. The catalyst is a cracking catalyst containing a metal component, or a catalyst mixture of a cracking catalyst containing a metal component and a cracking catalyst free of metal component. The catalyst is contacted with the atmosphere containing a reducing gas at a temperature of 100 to 900&#xb0; C. for at least 1 second, and the amount of the atmosphere containing a reducing gas is not less than 0.03 cubic meters of reducing gas per ton of the cracking catalyst containing a metal component per minute, at a pressure of 0.1-0.5 MPa in the reduction reactor. The process has enhanced capability for desulfurizing and cracking heavy oils.

The present invention discloses a high stability rare earth zeolite Y with high rare earth and the preparation process thereof, which zeolite has a content of rare earth of 4&#x2013;15 wt %, a unit cell constant of 2.450&#x2013;2.458 nm, a differential thermal collapsed temperature of 1000&#x2013;1056&#xb0; C., a silica to alumina ratio of 8.3&#x2013;8.8, and a content of sodium oxide less than 1.0 wt %.
