A method for operating an ultra-wide band (UWB) channel and a narrow band (NB) channel together are provided. The method of a second UWB device includes receiving an advertisement message providing information on a UWB channel used by the first UWB device through an NB channel, and performing at least one operation for performing UWB ranging by using the UWB channel based on the advertisement message. The UWB channel may be one of candidate UWB channels allocated for UWB communication, and the NB channel may be a sub-channel of one of the candidate UWB channels.

Method and apparatus for providing ultra wide band (UWB) communication

The disclosure provides a method for spatial reuse of time resources. A method performed by a UWB device includes receiving, from a first initiator anchor, a first poll message to initiate a DL-TDoA for a first cluster to which the first initiator anchor belongs, the first initiator anchor providing a time reference for an inter-cluster synchronization; performing the inter-cluster synchronization for using a common ranging block, based on the first poll message; and transmitting a second poll message to initiate a DL-TDoA for a second cluster to which the UWB device belongs. A semiconductor device includes a first power node configured to supply a first power supply voltage, a pull-up circuit electrically connected between the first power node and an output node that is configured to output a signal, and a controller configured to output a pull-up control code to the pull-up circuit.
