The invention provides a resource allocation method and system in a quantum key distribution optical network. The method includes steps of: setting a topological structure of a quantum key distribution optical network, and initializing parameters in the topological structure; generating a service request, and categorizing a security level of a service according to a security requirement degree of the service, where the security level corresponds to a security score; establishing an optimization objective function to maximize a security score of the quantum key distribution optical network and minimize an occupancy of wavelength and timeslot resources; and establishing a constraint satisfying the optimization objective function, and allocating corresponding wavelength and timeslot resources to the service request under the constraint. The invention implements a joint optimization objective of maximizing a security score of a network and minimizing the occupation of wavelengths and timeslots.

Resource allocation method and system in quantum key distribution optical network

The present invention provides an optimization method and system for minimizing network energy consumption based on traffic grooming. The method includes: generating a set of service requests in an elastic optical network, and calculating a reachable node set of shortest paths from source to destination nodes for each service request; establishing a virtual reachable path in the reachable node set of shortest paths; and establishing a target function of an integer linear programming model of the minimizing network energy consumption, and sequentially determining whether a bandwidth capacity constraint of a single spectrum slot, a path uniqueness constraint, a spectrum allocation constraint, and an optical regenerator quantity constraint are satisfied, where if all constraints are satisfied, the service request is successfully established, or if any of the constraints is not satisfied, the service request fails to be established. The present invention helps to improve the energy efficiency of service requests.

Optimization method and system for minimizing network energy consumption based on traffic grooming

The invention provides an optical interconnect system and method for a data center. A nonlinear differential precoding module performs nonlinear differential precoding on an inputted original signal, to obtain a precoded signal with an increased quantity of levels. A generalized Tomlinson-Harashima precoding (GTHP) module pre-equalizes the precoded signal, to obtain a pre-equalized signal with scattered distribution. A faster than Nyquist (FTN) module performs high-frequency truncation filtering on the pre-equalized signal, to obtain a discrete signal. A signal transmission module transmits the discrete signal from a transmitting end to a receiving end. A feed-forward equalizer (FFE) performs strong equalization on the discrete signal to obtain a level slice signal, and decodes the level slice signal according to a GTHP decoding table, to obtain a decoded signal. A simplified 2D constellation distortion module processes the decoded signal to reshape a constellation, and obtains a restored signal according to a time interleaving method.

Optical interconnect system and method for data center

Probabilistic shaping quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) based on Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution is particularly important in coherent optical communication, which can approach the Shannon limit more desirably in the case of a finite signal-to-noise ratio. However, standard coherent optical digital signal processing algorithms are not optimal for demodulation of PS higher-order QAM signals. The invention provides a probabilistic shaping QAM dynamic equalization method that intercepts multiple inner rings after clock recovery and updates the convergence radius and area of a conventional blind dynamic channel equalization algorithm using a peak density K-means clustering algorithm. The clustering algorithm gives centroid labels and a quantity of classifications required for K-means, which does not require a large number of iterations of K-means, thereby reducing the complexity and improving the accuracy. The updated decision area and decision radius reduce errors in the dynamic equalization algorithm, thereby improving the accuracy of probabilistic shaping QAM digital signal processing.

The present invention provides a joint optimization method and system for delay and spectrum occupation in a cloud-edge collaborative network. The method includes: initializing a cloud-edge collaborative network, and generating a set of user requests; establishing a target function of minimum average end-to-end delay and minimum spectrum slot occupation of a user request; during processing of each user request based on the target function, sequentially determining whether a node and path selection uniqueness constraint, a mobile edge computing (MEC) server load constraint, a spectrum resource occupation and uniqueness constraint, a spectrum continuity constraint, and a spectrum consistency constraint are satisfied, where if all constraints are satisfied, the user request is successfully processed, and the process turns to step S4; or if any constraint is not satisfied, the user request fails to be processed; and calculating average end-to-end delay and spectrum resource occupancy of the user request.

The present invention relates to a method and system for allocating a dedicated protected spectrum based on crosstalk awareness, including calculation, core selection, a modulation format, and spectrum allocation. First, working paths are first established: selecting a modulation format; determining a maximum allowable crosstalk value, classifying cores, calculating inter-core crosstalk values of all available spectrum blocks, and selecting a spectrum block with the smallest crosstalk value for allocation; and then dedicated protection paths are established: selecting a modulation format; determining a maximum allowable crosstalk value, classifying cores, calculating inter-core crosstalk values of all available spectrum blocks, and selecting a spectrum block with the smallest crosstalk value for allocation. Method and system for allocating dedicated protected spectrum based on crosstalk awareness

The invention provides a method for nonlinear compensation of coherent high-capacity high-order QAM system, including: deploying an OPC on an intermediate link of communication between a transmitter and receiver, and performing phase conjugation on a transmitted signal based on the OPC to generate idler; performing phase recovery on a compensated signal at the receiver to obtain a constellation diagram, simulating a nonlinear function relationship between a transmitted signal and a received signal by using a trained and learned CVDNN, and performing nonlinear compensation on the constellation diagram to obtain the compensated constellation diagram; and calculating a Q-factor based on the compensated constellation diagram, and evaluating communication performance by the Q-factor. Nonlinear compensation is performed on a transmitted signal by using an OPC+CVDNN method to equalize nonlinear degradation of an optical fiber in a WDM coherent optical communication system.

Protection method and system in flexible bandwidth optical networks with multi-core fiber

A design method for a quasi-coarse wavelength division multiplexing optical network is provided. A spectral grid of an optical channel has a pre-set fixed bandwidth, and the pre-set fixed bandwidth is at least 200 GHz. A modulation format of the optical channel is adaptively selected according to actual rate requirements and physical channel conditions, thus selecting an optimal modulation format achieve a tradeoff between the total cost of IP router ports and regenerators and the served number of traffic demand. The above technical solution effectively resolves the technical problems in the prior art of high construction costs and low spectral efficiency of elastic optical networks.
