A display device includes a display unit, an upper electrode layer, a lower electrode layer and an electrochromic layer. The display unit includes a plurality of light emitting diodes disposed in a light emitting area. The upper electrode layer is disposed on the display unit, and includes a plurality of first electrode patterns and a plurality of second electrode patterns. The first electrode patterns are arranged in a first direction, and are electrically connected each other. The second electrode patterns are arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction and are electrically connected each other. The lower electrode layer is disposed between the upper electrode layer and the display unit. The electrochromic layer is disposed between the upper electrode layer and the lower electrode layer, and includes an electrochromic pattern.

Display device

A pair of awareness glasses includes a frame, a light source, a driving unit, light guide lenses, and diffraction grating patterns. The light source unit is disposed in the frame. The light source unit is configured to generate light in response to input power. The driving unit is configured to supply the input power. The light guide lenses are configured to guide the light to the eyes of a user. The diffraction grating patterns are formed on surfaces of the light guide lenses. The diffraction grating patterns are configured to diffract and reflect the light to the eyes of the user. The light output from each of the diffraction grating patterns has a peak wavelength between 444 nm and 484 nm.

Awareness glasses, car mirror unit, and display apparatus configured to increase user awareness

A display apparatus includes: a substrate; a first electrode; an insulating film including an opening that extends to at least the central portion of the first electrode; a light-emitting diode disposed on the first electrode and including a first pad electrically connected to the first electrode; a reflective film disposed on the insulating film so as to cover at least a portion of an inner surface of the opening; and a light path guide layer disposed on the insulating film so as to cover at least a portion of the reflective film and including a plurality of holes or a plurality of grooves on the top surface. In one embodiment, the display apparatus improves the light extraction efficiency of the light-emitting diode.

Display apparatus

A transducer and electronic device including the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the transducer includes a first electrode and a membrane arranged over the first electrode and spaced apart from the first electrode. The membrane at least partially overlaps the first electrode. The transducer also includes a first support member that supports the membrane. The membrane includes a vibrating portion that is movable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the membrane and a fixed portion that is supported by the first support member. The first support member is configured to adjust the distance between the fixed portion and the first electrode.

Provided is a display device. The display device includes a display panel and first to third light source units. The display panel includes a plurality of pixels. The first to third light source units are disposed on a rear of the display panel. The first light source unit emits yellow light. The second light source unit emits a first blue light in a first wavelength band. The third light source unit emits a second blue light in a second wavelength band. The second wavelength band includes light of a longer wavelength than light of the first wavelength band. The first wavelength band ranges from about 430 nm to about 455 nm. The second wavelength band may ranges from about 460 nm to about 505 nm.
