A puncturing device and an anchoring device, the puncturing device including: a puncturing needle, an inflatable anchoring balloon, and a catheter which passes through a proximal end and distal end of the anchoring balloon, the puncturing needle being movably accommodated within the catheter; in a filled state, a central area of an end portion of the distal end of the anchoring balloon is depressed towards the proximal end to form a depressed area, and a distal end of the catheter is located within the depressed area. The anchoring device includes the anchoring balloon and the catheter. The puncturing device may improve the accuracy and success rate of puncturing, and after puncturing is complete, an expansion balloon may be transported along a guide wire to expand a puncturing opening by simply withdrawing the puncturing needle and a push rod.

Puncturing device and anchoring device

A steerable sheath tube has a tubular body having a distal end, a traction wire; and a handle connected to the tubular body. The handle has a lateral branch tube that is coupled to the tubular body at an angle thereof, a slider positioned inside the lateral branch tube for translating movement therein, and a positioning member provided within the lateral branch tube and positioned further from the tubular body than from the slider. One end of the traction wire is fixed on the slider while the other end thereof is fixed at the distal end of the tubular body, and when the slider is moved to come into contact with the positioning member, the distal end of the tubular body is bent to a predetermined angle. A method for occluding an atrial septal defect includes the steps of delivering an occluder from a right internal jugular vein to an atrial septal defect by using the steerable sheath tube, and releasing the occluder to occlude the atrial septal defect.

An adjustable curved medical device includes a catheter, a handle, and a traction wire provided in the catheter. The distal end of the traction wire is connected to the distal end of the catheter. A retainer device is provided in the handle, and includes a rotating member and a body having a receiving groove for receiving the rotating member, and a guiding hole extending through the outer wall of the body to the receiving groove. A slot formed between the rotating member and the inner wall of the body is smaller than the diameter of the traction wire. The proximal end of the traction wire extends through the guiding hole and engages in the slot.
