The sliding sleeve movably jackets the reversible member and is selectively engaged with any anchoring portion. The sliding sleeve moves together with the release actuator or is directly operated for releasing the anchoring portion, so as to make the reversible member rotatable to another position. Since the release actuator is linked with the sliding sleeve, the release actuator can be disposed at a position easy to operate, so that the handle reversing operation can be performed conveniently and quickly. Furthermore, the reversible mechanism has a simple structural design.
