A method for stabilizing and lifting a channel board by underwater grouting includes (A) when the channel board is damaged, removing the damaged channel board, cleaning and leveling a gravel layer under the damaged channel board, placing an undamaged channel board installed with first grouting pipes and a second grouting pipe on the gravel layer, wherein multiple geotextile bags are respectively bound to the first grouting pipes; when the channel board is subsided, installing first grouting pipes and a second grouting pipe into first grouting holes and a second grouting hole, respectively; (B) performing a first polymer grouting through the first grouting pipes, and performing a second polymer grouting through the second grouting pipe; (C) cutting off a part of the first grouting pipes the second grouting pipe which are exposed to the channel board, and leveling incisions; and (D) removing excess polymer left on the channel board.

A polymer bag grouting method for repairing a settlement of an underground pipeline includes steps of: (1) detecting a settled pipeline section and determining a grouting plan; (2) drilling holes for containing bags; (3) placing the bags into the holes; (4) injecting a polymer material into the bags; (5) uplifting the settled pipeline section; and, (6) filling a cavity and reinforcing a soft soil layer. The polymer material is a non-water reacted two-component polymer material. The method provided by the present invention has advantages of rapidness, small cut, light mass, high tenacity, economy and durability. The method is advanced, highly-efficient, economical and practical and able to rapidly repair the settlement of the pipeline section through uplifting. The method of the present invention is successfully applied to multiple projects of uplifting the underground pipelines, showing great economic and social benefits and a wide development and application prospect.

An expansive polymer material has an obvious compacting effect on soil, and is capable of increasing a friction force between a grout and a base; the water-proofing polymer material is an impermeable material for a steel rod body, and is of benefit to anti-corrosion and durability of the rod body; a solidifying time of the polymer material is short and no maintenance is needed in such a manner that construction periods are shortened.
