A stator assembly includes a strip stator core, a three-phase coil winding, and an end insulator. The strip stator core includes twelve stator core units, twelve connection parts, and twelve slots; every two adjacent stator core units are connected by one of the twelve connection parts; each slot is disposed between every two adjacent stator core units, and each stator core unit includes a yoke and a tooth protruding from one end of the yoke; every two adjacent teeth are abutted against each other to form one of the twelve slots. The three-phase coil winding includes a U-phase winding, a V-phase winding, and a W-phase winding. The end insulator includes a first end insulator and a second end insulator; the first end insulator includes a first coil-in pin, a second coil-in pin, a third coil-in pin, and a coil-out pin.

Stator assembly and method for winding coils around the stator assembly

A brushless DC motor, including a base, an insulation seat, a rotor assembly, a revolving shaft, a stator assembly, a control panel, a Hall circuit board, and an end cover. The revolving shaft is connected to the rotor assembly. The rotor assembly includes a housing and a plurality of magnetic tiles. The housing includes an inner wall and a cavity defined by the inner wall. The plurality of magnetic tiles is disposed on the inner wall. The stator assembly is disposed in the cavity. The base includes a cylindrical sleeve extending from a center of the base to the cavity of the rotor assembly. The stator assembly is connected to the cylindrical sleeve; two ends of the cylindrical sleeve are provided with a first bearing and a second bearing, respectively; and two ends of the revolving shaft are supported by the first bearing and the second bearing, respectively.

Brushless direct current motor

A blower system, including a permanent magnet motor and a wind wheel. The permanent magnet motor includes a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, and a motor controller. The rotor assembly includes a salient pole rotor including a rotor core and magnets embedded in the rotor core. The motor controller includes a microprocessor, a frequency inverter, and a sensor unit. The sensor unit inputs a phase current or phase currents, a phase voltage, and a DC bus voltage into the microprocessor. The microprocessor outputs a signal to control the frequency inverter which is connected to a winding of the stator assembly. The ratio between an air gap of the motor and the thickness of the magnets ranges from 0.03 to 0.065, and the ratio between the length of a pole arc and the length of the magnets ranges from 0.8 to 1.0.

Blower system and method for controlling the same

A rotor, including: a rotor core and a plurality of permanent magnets. The rotor core includes an axle hole, four slots equally distributed at the outer side of the axle hole, first magnetic isolating slots, and second magnetic isolating slots. The first magnetic isolating slots are disposed at each side of each of two adjacent slots, and the second magnetic isolating slots are disposed at each side of each of the other two adjacent slots. Both the first magnetic isolating slots and the second magnetic isolating slots communicate with corresponding slots. Two lines connecting a center of the axle hole and two first magnetic isolating slots respectively at both sides of one slot form a first angle at the center, and two lines connecting the center of the axle hole and two second magnetic isolating slots respectively at both sides of one slot form a second angle at the center.

Rotor with embedded permanent magnets, assembly structure and motor comprising the same

A motor, including at least a stator, including at least a stator core and a coil winding, and a rotor, including at least a rotor core and multiple permanent magnets. Multiple wire receiving grooves are disposed on the stator core. The permanent magnets are disposed on the rotor core. The ratio between the number of teeth of the wire receiving grooves and that of the permanent magnets is 3:2. Every two or three of the permanent magnets form a group of permanent magnets. A gap is disposed between adjacent groups of permanent magnets. The groups of permanent magnets are circumferentially distributed. Magnetic polarities of the permanent magnet are alternatively distributed in a N phase and a S phase. Difference in an electric angle between centers of polarities of adjacent permanent magnets in one group is between 150 degrees and 170 degrees.

Permanent magnet rotor and motor using the same

A motor including a stator assembly and a rotor assembly. The stator assembly includes a stator core and a winding; the stator core includes a yoke and a plurality of teeth protruding inwards from the yoke; between two adjacent teeth formed is a winding slot; the winding is arranged in the winding slot, and winded on the teeth. The rotor assembly includes a rotor core and a permanent magnet. The rotor core includes an annular ring having a central axial bore and a plurality of magnetic induction blocks protruding outwards from an outer side of the annular ring. Between two adjacent magnetic induction blocks formed is a radial recess for mounting the permanent magnet. The magnetic induction blocks at both sides of an opening of the radial recess protrude with a hook block. The thickness of the rotor core is larger than that of the stator core.

Motor

A permanent magnet rotor including a rotor core and permanent magnets. The rotor core includes a plurality of magnetic induction blocks. A plurality of radial recesses are formed between every two adjacent magnetic induction blocks for mounting the permanent magnets. The magnetic induction blocks protrude at both sides of the opening of the radial recesses to form hook blocks. The permanent magnets include a first permanent magnet and a second permanent magnet. The first permanent magnet includes a north pole strong magnetic surface and a south pole weak magnetic surface. The second permanent magnet includes a north pole weak magnetic surface and a south pole strong magnetic surface. The first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet are alternately disposed in the radial recesses.

Permanent magnet rotor

A permanent magnet rotor for a motor, the permanent magnet rotor including an iron core and a permanent magnet. The iron core includes an annular ring having a central axial bore and a plurality of magnetic induction blocks protruding outward from an outer side of the annular ring. Between two adjacent magnetic induction blocks form a radial recess for mounting the permanent magnets. The magnetic induction blocks at both sides of an opening of the radial recess protrude with a hook block. The section of an outer side surface of the magnetic induction blocks is a circular-arc line and the outer side surface employs a point with a distance deviating from the center of the central axial bore as a center of circle.

A brushless DC motor, including: a rotating shaft; a rotor assembly; a stator assembly; a casing; a rear cover; and a control box. The rotating shaft is connected together with the rotor assembly. The stator assembly is sleeved outside the rotor assembly. The casing is connected together with the stator assembly. The rear cover includes a rear bearing seat in the middle for receiving a rear bearing. A plurality of support legs protrudes outwards from a wall surface on the outer side of the rear bearing seat, and is supported and installed on a flanged edge folded outwards from an end surface of the casing. One end of the rotating shaft is supported on the rear bearing. The control box is installed on the casing.

Brushless DC motor

A combination of an outer motor and a control box therefor including an upper main body and a lower controller. The upper main body includes a casing, a front end cover, a rotor assembly, and a stator assembly. The controller includes a control box and a control circuit board, and the control box is sheathed in a tail end of the casing. A center of an upper bottom surface of the control box is arranged with a bearing chamber corresponding to that arranged at the front end cover. The control box forms a cavity downwards accommodating the control circuit board. A cover is mounted at the bottom of the control box. A fairlead arranged at an inner wall of the control box extends through the bottom of the motor casing to connect an empty cavity of the casing.

Combination of outer motor and control box therefor

A motor rotor system including: an axis of rotation, a rotor iron core mounted on the axis of rotation, a permanent magnet, a magnetic ring bracket, and a magnetic ring. The permanent magnet, the magnetic ring bracket, and the magnetic ring are mounted on the rotor iron core. The magnetic ring is sheathed on the magnetic ring bracket. The magnetic ring bracket is located at one end of the rotor iron core and connected with an end face of the rotor iron core. The motor rotor system has excellent batch-to-batch consistency, simple structure, and convenient installation. It is suitable for large batch production and can be controlled using sine-wave driving control methods with a position sensor.

Motor rotor system having a magnetic ring bracket

A permanent magnet rotor of a motor including a rotor core and permanent magnets. The rotor core includes a central core, a plurality of sectional cores, and a connecting mechanism. The sectional cores are integrated with the central core via the connecting mechanism to form a whole iron core. Grooves are formed between each sectional core and the central core and the permanent magnets are embedded in the grooves. The permanent magnet rotor has a simple structure, excellent manufacturability in terms of production and assembly, low manufacturing costs, excellent electromagnetic performance, and meanwhile is robust enough to avoid potential deformation.

Permanent magnet rotor of motor

A motor structure including a stator assembly having a stator core and a winding and a rotor assembly embedded therein having a rotor core and a permanent magnet. The stator core includes a yoke and a plurality of teeth protruding inwards from the yoke. Two adjacent teeth form a wire embedding slot and the winding is placed inside the wire embedding slot and winds around the teeth. The rotor core includes an annular ring having a central axial pore and a plurality of magnetic induction blocks protruding outwards from an outer side of the annular ring. Two adjacent magnetic induction blocks form a radial recess for mounting the permanent magnet. The section of an outer side surface of the magnetic induction blocks is a circular-arc line. The outer side surface employs a point with a distance deviating from the center of the central axial pore as a center of circle.
