A mixed jet descaling device axially and eccentrically arranged for the inner wall of a metal pipe comprises a support rod () arranged inside the metal pipe (), the support rod being parallel to the central axis of the metal pipe, eccentrically arranged and not concentric with the central axis of the metal pipe; and at least two spray nozzle units () for spraying the mixed jet, the spray nozzle units being arranged from front to back along the length direction of the support rod. At least two mixed jet spray nozzles () are provided in each spray nozzle unit and uniformly arranged along the circumference of the support rod in such a manner that the mixed jet spray nozzles diverge towards periphery of the support rod with the axis of the support rod as the center. The mixed jet spray nozzles of the spray nozzle units arranged from front to back are staggered from front to back in the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the to-be-descaled metal pipe, thereby forming a mixed jet spray nozzle matrix and creating an effective descaling zone capable of completely covering the circumferential surface of the inner wall of the metal pipe. The descaling device can achieve continuous, high efficient, stable and environment-friendly descaling for the inner wall surfaces of cold-state metal pipes.

A method for arranging jet cleaning nozzles comprising: arranging multiple rows of nozzles in a parallel and uniform manner along a lengthwise direction of a metal plate strip; arranging the nozzles in each row at an equal interval; arraying adjacent rows of nozzles in a staggered manner along the widthwise direction of the metal plate strip so as to form a nozzle matrix; wherein each nozzle is perpendicular to a moving direction of the metal plate strip, and the perpendicular distance of each nozzle to a surface of the metal plate strip is the same. Through the method for arranging jet cleaning nozzles, nozzles can be flexibly controlled based on the change of the geometric relationship between nozzles, in order to implement efficient and continuous descaling on the surfaces of a metal plate strip with different width specifications and different requirements on the descaling speed. In this way, waste of energy and water resources occurred when changing specifications is avoided, and the phenomenon that upper and lower nozzles spray to each other is also avoided, thereby achieving flexible and efficient control over the arrangement mode of jet cleaning nozzles for descaling.

Method for arranging jet cleaning nozzles

The present invention relates to a method of steel sheet surface treatment, wherein, the method comprises sequentially: a strip surface treatment unit () configured with a high pressure spraying device (-) or a centrifugal ejecting device (-), a strip surface rinsing unit (), and a strip surface dry unit (). Either or both of the high pressure spraying devices (-) and the centrifugal ejecting devices (-) are arranged, and spray onto the strip surfaces with a mixture of solid abrasives and water, i.e., slurry. Additionally, the method of steel sheet surface treatment comprises: a slurry supplying unit () and an abrasive recycling unit (). When the method of the present invention is applied into the strip post processing line, it can control the surface roughness of the steel sheet, while clearing away grease, scales and some contaminations thereon, through impacting the mixture of water and solid particles with a certain ratio onto the surfaces of the strip steel. When the method of the present invention is applied into the finishing processing line, it can control the surface roughness of the steel sheet, while adjusting the mechanical properties of the strip, thereby completely or partially replacing the skin pass process.

Method of steel sheet surface treatment and apparatus of the same

A cold state metal plate strip surface treatment system and a treatment method thereof, used for high-pressure jet-flow descaling and rinsing metal plate strips, includes a high-pressure jet-flow descaling section. A tension unit and a stabilizing roller are provided in front of the high-pressure jet-flow descaling section, and a stabilizing roller, a compressed air drying device and a tension unit are provided after the high-pressure jet-flow descaling section; at least one descaling unit is provided in the high-pressure jet-flow descaling section, wherein the descaling unit includes first and second bending rollers used for bending a metal plate strip, and correspondingly first and second jet-flow descaling nozzles, and first and second rinsing nozzle sets. The present invention can be used for replacing the prior cold state continuous descaling pickling sets for metal plate strip, to meet the requirements of the rapidness and continuousness of modern cold-state metal plate strip, without affecting the original productivity of the production line. The present invention not only performs the synchronous and continuous descaling for both obverse and reverse surfaces of the metal plate strips, but also meets the requirements for the plate surfaces in the following procedure.
