The method includes: stepproviding an improved live calculation equation of a three-winding transformer loss; stepprocessing a collected x(t) signal by windowed frequency shift calculation; stepsolving an amplitude and a phase of the collected x(t) signal via discrete Fourier transform of a frequency shift signal; and stepcalculating a no-load loss and a load loss of a three-winding transformer.

The invention discloses a water heater system and a control method thereof. The water heater system comprises a heating unit capable of heating water; a tank capable of communicating with the heating unit, the tank provided with at least one inlet and outlet, the inlet being capable of supplying at least one of gas and water into the tank; a pressurizing source capable of pressurizing the tank, the pressurizing source being capable of providing a pressure at which the gas and water in the tank are mixed.
