The present invention discloses a ZmWAK-RLK protein related to gray leaf spot resistance, and an encoding gene and application thereof. The present invention sets forth a protein obtained from a maize inbred line Y32, named ZmWAK-RLK, and being the protein shown in sequence 1 of the sequence listing. A nucleic acid molecule for encoding the ZmWAK-RLK protein is likewise considered to be within the scope of protection of the present invention. The present invention likewise sets forth a method for preparing a transgenic plant, comprising the following step: introducing said nucleic acid molecule into a starting plant, thus obtaining a transgenic plant having enhanced resistance to gray leaf spot. The present invention additionally sets forth a plant breeding method, comprising the following step: increasing the content and/or activity of the ZmWAK-RLK protein in a plant of interest, thus increasing the gray leaf spot resistance of the plant of interest. The present invention has great value when applied to the breeding of maize resistant to gray leaf spot.

A method for generating a 3D audio representation of an audio by a first wireless headphone: collecting a first audio signal; generating a first counting signal; generating a first synchronizing signal based on the first counting signal; and retrieving a portion of the first audio signal. Embodiments of active noise control (ANC) headphones and operating methods thereof are disclosed herein. In one example, a headphone includes a speaker, an internal microphone, and a processor. The speaker is configured to play an audio of interest based on an audio source signal. The internal microphone is configured to obtain a mixed audio signal including a noise signal and the audio of interest played by the speaker. The processor is configured to determine a first current system parameter of the headphone based on the mixed audio signal at a first time point, and determine if the first current system parameter of the headphone is higher than a predetermined threshold to determine if the headphone is worn by a user.

A method realizes synchronous playing of audio data from an audio source by two or more wireless speakers. The method includes receiving at each of the wireless speakers first audio data packets sent by the audio source and determining a respective first time point for the receiving of the first audio data packets; processing the first audio data packets at each of the wireless speakers to generate respective second audio data packets, the second audio data packets each including audio data to be played with a fixed data length; setting a delayed play time and obtaining a playing time point at each of the wireless speakers, the obtaining of the playing time point being based on the respective first time point and the respective delayed play time; and playing the second audio data packets at each of the wireless speakers at the respective playing time point.

Embodiments of wireless audio systems and methods for wirelessly communicating audio are disclosed herein. In one example, a method for generating a 3D audio representation of an audio is disclosed. The method includes collecting, by a first wireless headphone, a first audio signal of the audio and generating, by the first wireless headphone, a first synchronizing signal based on a local clock of the first wireless headphone. The method also includes collecting, by a second wireless headphone, a second audio signal of the audio and generating, by the second wireless headphone, a second synchronizing signal based on a local clock of the second wireless headphone. The method yet includes generating, by a user equipment, the 3D audio representation of the audio based on the first and the second audio signals and the first and the second synchronizing signals.
