A seat belt apparatus includes a main belt, a first buckle that is disposed on an extended part of the main belt and that can be buckled and fastened to a second side of the vehicle seat corresponding to a waist on the other side of the passenger, and an auxiliary belt extending from a second part of a backrest of the vehicle seat corresponding to an underarm of the passenger, where the second part is lower than the first part. The apparatus is configured such that in the event a body of the passenger slides forward relative to the vehicle seat, the underarm of the passenger is blocked by the auxiliary belt.

The present disclosure relates to an audio component, including an enclosure, a speaker, and a connector. The receiving method includes: after sending a voice frame in a voice call sending state, a user terminal receiving and detecting a priority frame in another time slot with respect to the time slot occupied by the voice call; and if the priority frame is detected, then stopping the voice call and receiving a high priority service frame in the other time slot. Using the present invention can enable an interphone in a transmitting state in a direct mode to send or receive a high priority service as well.

A terminal in a digital mobile radio relay system, a transmission power regulation method and a system thereof are provided. The method includes that an idle frame sent from a relay station is received, the idle frame carries transmission power information of the relay station (); the transmission power of the relay station is obtained according to the information in the idle frame (); after a transmission state is entered, data is transmitted in assigned transmission time slots (); a signal of the relay station is received via a reversal channel and a strength value of the received signal is calculated (); when data transmission is required to be continued, the transmission power of a next frame is determined based on the transmission power of the relay station and the strength value of the received signal (); according to the determined transmission power of the next frame, the data of next frame is transmitted in assigned transmission time slots.
