The present disclosure relates to an occluder pushing device and an occluder delivery system, wherein the pushing device includes a pushing component and a handle. The pushing component includes a pushing tube and a traction element slidably inserted into the pushing tube. The handle is fixedly connected to a proximal end of the pushing tube and internally provided with a moving component and a locking component. The moving component includes a translation mechanism and a rotation mechanism, where the translation mechanism is used to drive the traction element to move axially inside the pushing tube, and the rotation mechanism is used to drive the traction element to rotate axially inside the pushing tube. The locking component is used to lock relative positions of the traction element and the pushing tube, and the rotation mechanism includes a locking structure for locking or releasing linkage between the rotation mechanism and the traction element. The pushing device of the present invention has provided therein the locking component for locking the traction element and the pushing tube in relative positions, such that when the pushing tube pushes the occluder, the relative positions of the traction element and the pushing tube lock the occluder in a folded state, thereby preventing the occluder from being prematurely released before reaching a pre-determined position.

Occluder pushing device and transport system

An occluder, an occluding system, and a conveying device are provided. The occluder includes an occluding frame. The occluding frame includes a first occluding unit, a middle portion occluding unit, a second occluding unit, and waist portions. Both ends of the middle portion occluding unit are connected to the first occluding unit and the second occluding unit, respectively, by the waist portions. A fixing member is sleeved on each waist portion. A channel is formed at a middle portion of each fixing member. The occluding frame has an inner cavity. A first opening is formed on the first occluding unit. A second opening is formed on the second occluding unit. The first opening, the channel, the inner cavity, and the second opening are communicated to form a path. A locking member can be omitted in the occluder.

Occluder, occluding system and conveying device

The present disclosure relates to an ostomy method and an implantation method. The ostomy method includes steps of making an incision in the chest to expose the heart, puncturing the left ventricle with a puncture needle, thrusting the puncture needle into the ventricular septum and then into the right ventricle to form a puncture site on the ventricular septum, and dilating the puncture site of the ventricular septum with a dilator to form an opening. The method of the present disclosure can reduce the death rate.

An artificial heart valve stent including: a tubular stent body having an inflow side end and an outflow side end, the inflow side end and the outflow side end being opposite to each other; an inflow side skirt surrounding the external wall of the stent body; and an outflow side skirt surrounding the external wall of the stent body. In a spread state, free ends of the inflow side skirt and the outflow side skirt extend toward the inflow side end; and the inflow side skirt cooperates with the outflow side skirt to clamp heart valve tissues. The artificial heart valve stent can be steadily arranged on heart valve tissues, prolong the service life of an artificial heart valve and reduce the risk of another artificial heart valve replacement for the patient.
