Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display module and a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display module includes a liquid crystal display panel and a light scattering layer. Among them, the liquid crystal display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a first liquid crystal layer, the first substrate is disposed opposite to the second substrate, the first liquid crystal layer is located between the first substrate and the second substrate, and the first liquid crystal layer includes a cholesteric liquid crystal configured to have a conical helix texture when an electric field is applied, to reflect light matched with a helical pitch of the conical helix texture; and the light scattering layer is disposed on a side of the liquid crystal display panel and is configured to scatter light reflected by the liquid crystal display panel.

A display substrate, a display panel and a display device. The display substrate includes: a first base substrate; a first transparent electrode layer on the first base substrate; a second transparent electrode layer on a side of the first transparent electrode layer away from the first base substrate; first common signal lines and second common signal lines in the first transparent electrode layer, the first common signal lines being electrically connected through the second common signal lines; and a sub-pixel on the first base substrate, including a pixel electrode in the second transparent electrode layer. The first common signal lines and the second common signal lines form a transparent conductive portion. In a thickness direction of the display substrate, the pixel electrode overlaps with the transparent conductive portion to form an overlapping region, in which the pixel electrode and the transparent conductive portion form a storage capacitor of the sub-pixel.

Display substrate, method of driving display substrate, display panel and display device

A display panel includes a liquid crystal cell, a first polarizing assembly and a second polarizing assembly. The liquid crystal cell includes a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first polarizing assembly is disposed on a side of the first substrate further away from the liquid crystal layer and includes at least a first polarizing layer having a first transmission axis, and the first polarizing assembly is configured for generating polarized light whose polarization direction is parallel to the first transmission axis. The second polarizing assembly is located on a side of the second substrate further away from the liquid crystal layer and includes at least a transflective layer and a light absorbing layer.
