The present disclosures discloses a precooler-based transcritical COheat pump system and a control method of a waterway two-way valve thereof, in which a transcritical COheat pump system is assisted by a precooler system. A circulating waterway is divided into two parts in the system through a three-way diversion valve and a three-way confluence valve and is connected to a waterway bypass valve through a waterway two-way regulating valve. An ambient temperature sensor, an evaporation fin temperature sensor and an evaporation pressure sensor are provided, and a programmable logic controller is used as a core for acquisition, operation and control.

Precooler-based transcritical COheat pump system and control method of waterway two-way valve thereof

A thermal management system for a hybrid vehicle includes an expander, a heat exchanger, a condenser, a water tank, a pump, a heat exchanger for a battery pack, a heat exchanger for a motor, a water cooling jacket for an engine, an exhaust gas heat exchanger for an engine, a valve, and so on. According to the present disclosure, in thermal management loops, different operating modes of the system can be switched by controlling the open-close and opening of the valve. In this way, a series/parallel connection of thermal management branches of an electrical system and an engine system is fulfilled to meet the requirements for heat dissipation and preheating, and flux in each branch is regulated to fulfill thermal management according to different driving conditions of a hybrid vehicle.

Thermal management system and method for hybrid vehicle

A control method of a transcritical carbon dioxide composite heat pump system is disclosed, wherein the transcritical carbon dioxide composite heat pump system includes: a COmain circuit compressor, an air-cooling-air-cooling recombiner, a supercooling-evaporation recombiner, an evaporator and a COauxiliary compressor; wherein the air-cooling-air-cooling recombiner comprises a COmain circuit, a COauxiliary circuit and a water circuit; the supercooling-evaporation recombiner comprises a COmain circuit supercooling section and a COauxiliary circuit evaporation section. The present invention includes two working modes according to the return water temperature, so that the unit has a wider application range and meets daily needs. There is only one heat exchanger for refrigerant and water. Compared with the three water and refrigerant heat exchangers in the conventional transcritical COcomposite heat pump, the circulating water circuit is a single circuit with one inlet and one outlet.

Control method of transcritical carbon dioxide composite heat pump system

The present disclosure discloses a two-layered varied ball diameter packed bed heat storage apparatus and a method of manufacturing a heat storage ball. By arranging large-diameter heat storage balls at an upper layer of a packed bed heat storage apparatus and small-diameter heat storage balls at a lower layer thereof; the packed bed heat storage structure comprehensively considers two important evaluation indicators for a heat storage apparatus: heat storage rate and heat storage density, thereby implementing a design principle of maximizing the heat storage rate density of the packed bed heat storage apparatus; by achieving a best combination of heat storage ball diameters inside the packed bed through an optimized design, the heat storage apparatus is imparted with a best heat storage performance. The present disclosure further provides a method of manufacturing a heat storage ball.

Two-layer variable-diameter packed bed heat storage apparatus and heat storage ball preparation method

The present disclosure discloses a lead-supercritical carbon dioxide intermediate heat exchanger, including four modular printed circuit board heat exchangers (modular PCHEs), a cylinder, vertical partition boards, horizontal partition boards and heat exchange fluid channels. S-COfluid flows upward along microchannels in PCHE cold side heat exchange plates after reaching the bottom of the cylinder along a square central down tube formed by the four PCHEs to absorb heat from hot side heat exchange plates. S-COleaves the intermediate heat exchanger upward after being collected by a current collector at the other end of each PCHE. Liquid lead enters microchannels in the PCHE hot side heat exchange plates from a duct at the upper end of the cylinder to transfer heat to S-COon the other side, and then flows out of the intermediate heat exchanger from a duct at the lower end of the cylinder to complete heat exchange.
