The method comprises: utilizing an exposure light source to provide light rays to the photo-resist layer; and utilizing a reflective plate to reflect the light rays passing through the photo-resist layer and the transparent substrate back to the photo-resist layer. The present invention can reduce a line space of a pattern of the photo-resist layer.

The present invention discloses a charge-sharing type pixel structure having a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel that each includes a transistor. The second sub-pixel further has a third transistor and a top-gate electrode. When the third transistor is switched on, original gray scale applied to a liquid crystal capacitor of the first sub-pixel varies due to charges being shared with other capacitors. A chip on film (COF) structure for a liquid crystal panel is disclosed, and comprises a flexible substrate, an output edge, a first wire bonding portion, two second wire bonding portions, a fan-out trace portion, and two array trace portions. A long direction of lead strips of the second wire bonding portion is parallel to the output edge, and the array trace portions connect one end of the lead strips of the second wire bonding portion to the output edge. The design of the second wire bonding portions parallel to the output edge and turning traces of the array trace portions can lower the length of the fan-out trace portion, so that it is advantageous in a design trend of narrow frame edge of a liquid crystal panel.
