A conductive wire, a conductive coil, and a conductive device, wherein in the conductive wire, an aluminum oxide-coated nano-carbon fiber is added to a first paint layer, and a silver-coated nano-carbon fiber is added to a second paint layer. By means of such an arrangement, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the first paint layer and the second paint layer reaches 2 to 10 W/(m·K), and therefore, the thermal conduction performance of the conductive wire can be remarkably improved, and the thermal conduction wire has an advantage of a good thermal conduction effect, with timely heat dissipation.

A voice coil wire, a voice coil wound by the voice coil wire, and a loudspeaker provided with the voice coil, which relate to the technical field of electro acoustic products. The voice coil wire comprises a conductor layer having an electric conduction effect and an insulation layer surrounding an outer side of the conductor layer. The cross-section of the voice coil wire is a hexagon, and the side lengths of the hexagon are equal. The voice coil wire, the voice coil wound by the voice coil wire, and the loudspeaker provided with the voice coil of the application can solve the technical problems in the prior art such as a low volume ratio of the voice coil and a complicated winding process. According to the voice coil wire, the voice coil, and the loudspeaker provided with the voice coil of the application, the voice coil is high in volume ratio, small in volume, good in heat dissipation performance and its winding process is simple, and the loudspeaker is high in sensitivity, small in thickness and good in acoustic performance.

The present invention discloses a speaker module, comprising: a speaker assembly, a module shell and a front cover. The module shell is configured to bear the speaker assembly, and comprises a first shell and a second shell, wherein the first shell is doped with a thermally conductive filler. The front cover is configured to cooperate with the module shell to encapsulate the speaker assembly. The speaker module provided by the present invention can quickly discharge heat generated by the speaker assembly during operation through the module shell to prevent overheat of the speaker assembly, thereby avoiding performance loss of a speaker due to high temperature.

A miniature speaker comprises a first housing body and a second housing body, which are combined together. A vibrating system and a magnetic circuit system are accommodated in a space defined by the first housing body and the second housing body. The miniature speaker is characterized in that the sidewall at the end of the second housing body, which is combined with the first housing body, surrounds the periphery of the first housing body; a gap is provided between the outer edge of the first housing body and the inner side of the sidewall of the second housing body; the miniature speaker further comprises a sealing member which covers the first housing body, and the edge of the sealing member is located in the gap, which makes the gap between the first housing body and the second housing body sealed.

A loudspeaker module comprises a housing and a loudspeaker unit. The housing is provided with an inner cavity for receiving and fixing the loudspeaker unit. A vibrating diaphragm of the loudspeaker unit partitions the inner cavity into a front sound cavity and a rear sound cavity. The front sound cavity is in communication with at least two sound uttering holes, and the at least two sound uttering holes are distributed on different sides of the housing. The electronic product comprises the loudspeaker module. By means of the technical solution of the present disclosure, the sound uttering holes are provided individually on different sides of a housing of a loudspeaker module. Due to the design of holes opened on at least two sides around the front cavity structure, the loudspeaker module having a side sound uttering structure reduces pipelines introduced during the implementation of the side sound uttering solution, and can achieve the effect of equivalently increasing the length of the sound uttering holes by increasing the number of the sound uttering holes, thereby extending the high-frequency characteristic of the electronic product having the loudspeaker module.

Disclosed is a structure for detecting the vibration displacement of a speaker, including: a vibration system having a movable pole plate; a magnetic circuit system; and a fixed pole plate provided under the vibration system and opposite to the movable pole plate, the movable pole plate and the fixed pole plate constituting a capacitor. Also disclosed is an acoustoelectric inter-conversion dual-effect device, further including an impedance transformer connected to the capacitor and including a field effect transistor and a diode. In the present invention, a movable pole plate of a capacitor is provided on a vibration system and a fixed pole plate is provided under the vibration system and fixed in position. When the vibration system vibrates, the change in capacitance is detected to calculate the actual displacement of the vibration system, which can reduce the power of the speaker device when the actual displacement of the vibration system exceeds a safety threshold. For an electronic device adopting such a speaker structure, the displacement of the vibration system of a speaker product can be detected in real time at the system end of the electronic device.

The present invention discloses a speaker device capable of restraining polarization, a method for adjusting a diaphragm balance position of the speaker device and a method for adjusting diaphragm compliance performance of the speaker device. The speaker device comprises a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, a shell accommodating the vibration system and the magnetic circuit system, a first electret layer, a second electret layer and a third electret layer, wherein the first electret layer, the second electret layer and the third electret layer have the same electric charge polarity; the first electret layer is attached to the vibration system; the second electret layer is attached to a first fixing component above the vibration system and opposite to the first electret layer; the third electret layer is attached to a second fixing component below the vibration system and opposite to the first electret layer; and the first electret layer, the second electret layer and the third electret layer are parallel to one another. In the present invention, an electrostatic field force is adopted to restrain the polarization of a diaphragm in a vibration direction.

A sound producing device comprising: a speaker unit and a housing, wherein the speaker unit comprises a vibration system which comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil; a front and rear acoustic cavities are formed between the vibrating diaphragm and the housing, respectively; the side surface of the housing is provided with a sound hole communicating with the front acoustic cavity; the vibrating diaphragm comprises a dome portion and a suspension ring portion; the side of the suspension ring portion connected to the dome portion is provided with a dome connecting portion, and the side of the suspension ring portion combined with the housing is provided with a housing bonding portion; and a height difference exists between the housing bonding portion and the dome connecting portion. The present invention increases the size of the sound hole and the speaker unit, thus improving the acoustic performance of a product.

Disclosed is a speaker module, comprising an active sound source, a passive sound source and a protective frame; the active sound source comprises a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system; the side surface of the protective frame is provided with a sound hole for the active sound source; the passive sound source comprises two passive radiators, and the two passive radiators are arranged in parallel and enclose a cavity; a sound wave at one side of a vibrating diaphragm adjacent to the magnetic circuit system is divided into two parts respectively transmitted to one side of each of the two passive radiators away from the cavity; and a sound wave in the cavity is projected and emitted to the external environment via a sound hole for the passive sound source. The structure improves the bass effect of the speaker module, and improves the acoustic performance of the product.

Disclosed is a loudspeaker module, which comprises a loudspeaker unit and a peripheral frame comprising an upper housing and a lower housing; a front acoustic cavity and a rear acoustic cavity are respectively defined as a space between the loudspeaker unit and the upper housing, and a space between the loudspeaker unit and the lower housing; a sound hole in communication with the front acoustic cavity is provided on peripheral frame, and an inverted tube is provided in peripheral frame. The loudspeaker module of the present invention is provided with inverted tube in communication with rear acoustic cavity, so that low-frequency acoustic effect of products can be enhanced, and heat dissipation of rear acoustic cavity and balance of atmospheric pressures can be achieved; inverted tube and loudspeaker unit share front acoustic cavity and sound hole, which is beneficial to increasing size of loudspeaker unit and improving acoustic performance of products.

Disclosed is a miniature moving-coil speaker comprising a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system, and an auxiliary system for fixing the magnetic circuit system and the vibration system. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil integrated with the diaphragm. The auxiliary system comprises a plastic enclosure. The diaphragm is installed correspondingly at one end face of the enclosure, while the magnetic circuit system is installed at the other end face of the enclosure opposite the diaphragm; also: a flexible circuit board is arranged on the end face of the enclosure where the magnetic circuit system is installed, and the voice coil is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board. The design reduces product installation height, while at the same time facilitates wire-leading and wire-combing for the miniature moving-coil speaker, and simplifies product design.

The present invention provides a speaker module comprising a peripheral frame and speaker units housed in the peripheral frame, and the peripheral frame is provided with sound holes in communication with the outside, a front acoustic cavity in communication with the sound holes is defined between one side of the speaker units and the peripheral frame, and a rear acoustic cavity is defined between the peripheral frame and another side of the speaker units away from the front acoustic cavity; in which the speaker units are provided in plurality, and the rear acoustic cavity is divided into the same number of rear sub-cavities as that of the speaker units, and each of the speaker units corresponds to one of the rear sub-cavities and is in communication with its corresponding rear sub-cavity. The above structure makes it easier to adjust the acoustic performance and improves the stereo effect of the product.
