The catalyst bed layer () is provided within the reaction chamber (), the pressing device () is provided within the reaction chamber () and located above the catalyst bed layer (). At least a part of the pressing device () is movable up and down so that the at least a part of the pressing device () can be pressed against the catalyst bed layer ().

A modified Y-type molecular sieve contains 0.5-2 wt. % of NaO based on the total amount of the modified Y-type molecular sieve. In the modified Y-type molecular sieve, the ratio between the total acid amount measured by pyridine and infrared spectrometry and total acid amount measured by n-butyl pyridine and infrared spectrometry is 1-1.2. The total acid amount measured by pyridine and infrared spectrometry of the modified Y-type molecular sieve is 0.1-1.2 mmol/g. The acid center sites of the molecular sieve of the modified Y-type molecular sieve are distributed in the large pore channels. The molecular sieve is used in the hydrocracking reaction process of a wax oil.

Provided is a Na&#x2014;Y molecular sieve and a method for preparing the Na&#x2014;Y molecular sieve, an H&#x2014;Y molecular sieve and a method for preparing the H&#x2014;Y molecular sieve, a hydrocracking catalyst, and a hydrocracking method. The average grain diameter of the Na&#x2014;Y molecular sieve is 2-5 &#x3bc;m, and the sum of pore volumes of pores in 1-10 nm diameter accounts for 70-90% of the total pore volume of the Na&#x2014;Y molecular sieve. The H&#x2014;Y molecular sieve obtained from the large-grain Na&#x2014;Y molecular sieve can be used as an acidic component in the hydrocracking catalyst. When the hydrocracking catalyst containing the H&#x2014;Y molecular sieve is applied in the hydrocracking reaction of heavy oils that contain macromolecules, it can provide better cracking activity and product selectivity in the hydrocracking reaction.

Disclosed are a beta molecular sieve, a preparation method therefor, and a hydrogenation catalyst containing same. The properties of the beta molecular sieve are as follows: the molar ratio of SiO/AlOis 30-150, the non-framework aluminum accounts for not more than 2% of the total aluminum, and the silicon atoms coordinated in a Si(OAl) structure account for not less than 95% of the silicon atoms in the framework structure. The preparation method comprises: contacting the raw material powder of the beta molecular sieve with normal pressure and dynamic water vapor, and then with ammonium fluosilicate. The beta molecular sieve of the present invention has the features of a uniform skeleton structure of silicon and aluminum, an appropriate acidity, and a reasonable pore structure, and is suitable as an acidic component of a hydro-upgrading catalyst and a hydro-cracking catalyst for diesel oil.

The present invention discloses a modified Y molecular sieve, a preparation method and a use of the modified Y molecular sieve, a supported catalyst, and a hydrocracking method. The silica-alumina mole ratio in the surface layer of the modified Y molecular sieve is 20-100:1, and the silica-alumina mole ratio in the body phase of the modified Y molecular sieve is 8-30:1. When a hydrocracking catalyst prepared from the modified Y molecular sieve is used for hydrocracking, the hydrocracking catalyst has higher reactivity and higher nitrogen tolerance. The hydrocracking catalyst prepared from the modified Y molecular sieve is suitable for use for increasing the yield of diesel oil, increasing the yield of chemical materials, and catalyzed hydrogenation conversion of diesel oil, etc.

The present invention relates to a hydrocracking catalyst, a process for preparing the same and use thereof. The present catalyst comprises a cracking component and a hydrogenation component, wherein the cracking component comprises from 0 to 20 wt. % of a molecular sieve and from 20 wt. % to 60 wt. % of an amorphous silica-alumina, the hydrogenation component comprises at least one hydrogenation metal in a total amount of from 34 wt. % to 75 wt. % calculated by the mass of oxides, each amount is based on the total weight of the catalyst. The present catalyst is prepared by directly mixing an acidic component powder material with an impregnating solution, impregnating, filtering, drying, molding, and drying and calcining.

Hydrocracking catalyst, process for preparing the same and use thereof

The present invention relates to a medium-pressure hydrocracking process which uses a fresh hydrogen resource and a hydrosaturation catalyst with reduced metals of group VIB and/or group VIII as the active ingredients to selectively and deeply hydrosaturate jet fuel and/or diesel cuts derived in the medium-pressure hydrocracking process.

An acidic amorphous silica-alumina having large specific surface area and a large pore volume, a carrier complex and a hydrotreating catalyst containing said acidic amorphous silica-alumina, in particular a hydrocracking catalyst containing said acidic amorphous silica-alumina in combination with a modified zeolite-Y for treating petroleum hydrocarbon materials to produce middle distillates, and processes for the preparation thereof. Said amorphous silica-alumina has a SiO content of 10-50 wt %, a specific surface area of 300-600 m /g, a pore volume of 0.8-1.5 ml/g and an IR acidity of 0.25-0.60 mmol/g. The catalyst according to the present invention shows a relatively high activity and mid-distillate selectivity and can be particularly used in hydrocracking process for producing mid-distillates in a higher yield.

Amorphous silica-alumina, a carrier combination and a hydrocracking catalyst containing the same, and processes for the preparation thereof

The present invention relates to a highly active midbarrel hydrocracking catalyst and a process for the preparation thereof. The support of the catalyst comprises a modified zeolite-Y, a modified zeolite-&bgr;, alumina, etc. The composite of the modified zeolite-Y and zeolite-&bgr; exhibits a good synergistically catalytic effect. The catalyst prepared by supporting Group VIB and/or Group VIII metal components is useful in the hydrocacking of heavy oils with high content of sulfur and nitrogen to produce high quality middle distillates with maximum output. The activity of and selectivity to middle distillates of the catalyst are remarkably raised simultaneously. Moreover, the solidifying point of the produced diesel is remarkably lowered.

Highly active midbarrel hydrocracking catalyst and the preparation thereof

An acidic amorphous silica-amumina has a large specific surface area and a large pore volume. A carrier complex and a hydrotreating catalyst containing acidic amorphous silica-alumina, in particular a hydrocracking catalyst containing acidic amorphous silica-alumina in combination with a modified zeolite-Y, treats petroleum hydrocarbon materials to produce middle distillates. The amorphous silica-alumina has a SiO content of 10-50 wt. %, a specific surface area of 300-600 m /g, a pore volume of 0.8-1.5 ml/g and an IR acidity of 0.25-0.60 mmol/g. The catalyst shows a relatively high activity and mid-distillate selectivity and can be particularly used in hydrocracking process for producing mid-distillates with a higher yield.
