A real-time prediction method for an engine emission is provided, including: acquiring multiple known historical test data samples for engine emission, dividing the samples into a training set and a test set to train multiple neural network (NN), calculating mean square errors (MSEs) output by each of the NNs with the different numbers of hidden layer nodes to determine a topological structure of the NNs, optimizing initial weights and initial thresholds for each of the NNs with a mind evolutionary algorithm (MEA), and establishing a real-time engine emission prediction system with an Adaboost algorithm.

Real-time prediction method for engine emission

The present invention discloses a control method of variable stroke engine for reforming high-octane fuel under the FCE mode, the ECU connected to the engine controls the amount of fuel injected from the flexible cylinder injector to the flexible cylinder and controls the switch state of inlet valve and exhaust valve of the flexible cylinder, so that the flexible cylinder can be switched between two-stroke mode and four-stroke mode according to the actual engine operating conditions; when the engine is at a small load and needs to promote combustion stability, the flexible cylinder injector injects a rich fuel with equivalence ratio greater than 1 into the flexible cylinder, the flexible cylinder is at two-stroke mode; when the engine is at a large load and needs sufficient power output, the flexible cylinder injector injects a conventional fuel into the flexible cylinder, said flexible cylinder is at four-stroke mode.

Control method of variable stroke engine for reforming high-octane fuel under the flexible cylinder engine (FCE) mode

The present disclosure discloses an intake oxygen concentration control system suitable for an engine with lean NOtrapping technology. The system adopts an exhaust turbocharging device to provide a pressure difference for an oxygen-enriched membrane to generate oxygen-rich and oxygen-deficient gases, and controls the intake oxygen concentration of different cylinders by adjusting the opening of flow control valves to match lean and rich combustion cycles of a lean NOtrapping system. In a lean combustion cycle, all four cylinders are filled with an oxygen-rich gas, which can make the combustion more complete and improve the thermal efficiency and fuel economy. In a rich combustion cycle, one of the four cylinders is filled with an oxygen-deficient gas, and the other three cylinders are filled with air or an oxygen-rich gas with a low concentration, so that less fuel is required to create a reducing atmosphere to realize the release and reduction of NOin a lean NOtrapping device, thereby reducing the fuel consumption and ensuring the output power of the other three cylinders.

Intake oxygen concentration control system suitable for engine with lean NOx trapping technology

The present invention discloses a novel engine controlled by combustion reaction path, which cylinders comprise working cylinders and reforming cylinders. According to the operational condition of engine, the engine is used for compressing, heating and reforming the fuel injected from the reforming cylinder injector; by controlling the reaction boundary conditions between fuel and air, the reforming cylinder can exhaust partial intermediate products or oxidation products of the different oxidation stages; the products are then mixes with the inlet air in the pre-mixing chamber and then is introduced into the working cylinder. Under operating in different working conditions, the engine can discharge the mixed gas with different activities under different oxidation stages by regulating the corresponding boundary conditions of the reforming reaction of the reforming cylinder, and can achieve concentration stratification and activity stratification of the mixed gas in the working cylinder by using the fuel injected from the working cylinder injectors, and can effectively achieve high effectiveness and broaden the scope of clean combustion by changing the combustion reaction path. The present invention just adopts simple oxidation reaction post-treatment device, and then the emission of the engine can meet the requirement of EuroVI emission regulation.

Engine controlled by combustion reaction path and regulating method thereof

The present invention discloses a novel low-temperature fuel reforming unit based on combined external reformer of an engine, comprising an engine cylinder and an external low-temperature fuel reformer; the external low-temperature fuel reformer is winded with a heater strip and is provided with a first temperature controlled meter, the inlet of the external low-temperature fuel reformer is connected with a air inlet pipe and a fuel sample injection pipe, and a flow meter is arranged on the air inlet pipe; the fuel sample injection pipe is connected with a fuel injection pump and a fuel vaporization tank which is provided with a second temperature controlled meter; the outlet of the external low-temperature fuel reformer is connected with the engine inlet pipe via a reforming gas pipe; and the reformed low-temperature products enter into the engine inlet pipe via the reforming gas pipe for combining with the fresh air again to form a uniform hybrid gas, and the hybrid gas is introduced into the engine cylinder and performing combined combustion with the fuel in the cylinder to achieve activity and concentration stratification of hybrid gas. Since the above process does not need adding catalyst, the engine of the present invention can be operated more efficient and energy-saving.

Low-temperature fuel reforming unit based on combined external reformer of an engine

The invention discloses a dual-channel piezoelectric injector, including a dual-channel injector body, its bottom in turn is connected with an upper intermediate, a lower intermediate and a dual-channel needle valve body. At the top of the dual-channel injector body there are two tubing interfaces, and each tubing interface has a tubing fuel duct. There are two laminated piezoelectric actuators and two spray fuel ducts connected to two tubing fuel ducts respectively inside the dual-channel injector body. The upper intermediate and lower intermediate connected with each other to form the middle connection body. From top to bottom of the middle connection body, there is an external control fuel duct, an external spray fuel duct, an internal control fuel duct and internal fuel spray duct. Inside the double-channel needle valve body, there is the sleeve structure of the needle valve hole, at the bottom of double-channel needle valve body there is an internal fuel spray nozzle connecting the internal casing hole which is outside the body, and an external fuel spray nozzle connecting to the external casing hole which is outside the body. Through the two laminated type piezoelectric actuators, control is realized for the pressure difference between the fuel pressure of the fuel control cavity and the fuel pressure of the inner pressure chamber or outer pressure chamber. So it is also realized to control the open or close state of the internal or external needle valve, in turn to control the injection action of the internal fuel spray nozzle or external fuel spray nozzle. The present invention has a simple structure and a low manufacturing cost.

A common rail electronic control injection system which uses a DME or a low-viscosity fuel similar with DME to inject into a combustion engine, includes a fuel container, a common rail tube, a high-pressure tube, an electronic control injector, an electronic control unit, a high-pressure pump, a working medium case, a reversing component, and a pressure convertor, wherein the pressure convertor includes at least two working components, each working component is divided into a fuel chamber and a working medium chamber by an dividing element, the dividing element can freely deform or move between the fuel chamber and the working medium chamber by pressure effect. The invention avoids the sealing and abrasion problem in the plunger matching portions which is caused by the low-viscosity fuel so as to greatly improve the lifetime and reliability of system.
