A color filter substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The color filter substrate includes: a base substrate; a color conversion layer on the base substrate; a covering layer on a side of the color conversion layer away from the base substrate; and a polarizing layer on a side of the covering layer away from the base substrate. The polarizing layer includes a wire grid polarizer. The covering layer includes a first covering sub-layer and a second covering sub-layer, the first covering sub-layer is located on the side of the color conversion layer away from the base substrate, the second covering sub-layer is located on a side of the first covering sub-layer away from the base substrate, and a material of the first covering sub-layer is different from a material of the second covering sub-layer.

Color film substrate, display panel and display device

A display device provided by the present disclosure includes: a plurality of display units arranged in an array, wherein each display unit includes m sub-pixels, the m sub-pixels of the display unit are in one-to-one correspondence with m preset viewing areas, and m is an integer greater than or equal to 2; and refraction structures in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of display units, wherein each refraction structure is located on a light emitting side of a display unit corresponding to the refraction structure, and the refraction structure is configured to refract light emitted from each sub-pixel of a corresponding display unit to a viewing area corresponding to the sub-pixel.

Display device and driving method thereof

The color filter substrate includes a photoluminescent layer and an optical path adjustment layer. The photoluminescent layer includes a plurality of photoluminescent portions. Each photoluminescent portion is configured to receive backlight and emit excitation light. The optical path adjustment layer is located on a light incident side of the photoluminescent layer, and the optical path adjustment layer is configured to increase an incident angle of at least portion of the backlight that enters the photoluminescent layer.

The quantum dot layer includes quantum dot units which are in one-to-one correspondence with the filter units. Each quantum dot unit includes at least one quantum dot structure. A display component includes a transflective layer, a reflective layer, and at least one sidewall. The reflective layer is arranged opposing to the transflective layer, and the at least one sidewall is arranged between the reflective layer and the transflective layer. The transflective layer, the reflective layer, and the at least one sidewall are together configured, upon an input of an incident light through the transflective layer, to output a light of a target color out through the transflective layer. One or more of the at least one sidewall comprise at least one light-conversion layer configured to emit a light of the target color upon excitement by a light of a different color shedding thereupon. The display component can be configured to output a red light, a green light, or a blue light.

The pixel layer includes a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array. The present disclosure provides a 3D display substrate including: a plurality of sub-pixels of different colors, a driver and a plurality of plano-convex lenses located at a light-emitting side of the plurality of sub-pixels. The plurality of sub-pixels are corresponding to the plurality of plano-convex lenses in a one-to-one manner. A light-emitting surface of each of the plurality of sub-pixels is located in a focal plane of the corresponding plano-convex lens. Each of the plurality of sub-pixels includes a plurality of sub-pixel sub-portions arranged in an array. The driver is configured to drive the plurality of sub-pixel sub-portions in the same sub-pixel to display images of different grayscales to form a 3D display image.

A power supply and distribution device for solar-powered aircraft includes at least two power supply and distribution sub-systems having same configurations. A disconnection of an electrical connection between a plurality of components of each power supply and distribution sub-system can be controlled through a first switch. An electrical connection between the same components of the power supply and distribution sub-systems can be established by controlling a second switch. The power supply and distribution device for solar-powered aircraft has a centralized-distribution design. Specifically, each power supply and distribution sub-system is designed in a centralized mounting manner and has separated power supply and power distribution functions that can work separately. The power supply and distribution systems are designed in a distributed mounting manner which is suitable for solar aircrafts having characteristics of large wingspan and distributed propulsion system, thereby effectively reducing the concentrated stress.
