The method may include: generating a production IoT model based on a production scheduling system document, the production IoT model comprising a first set process attributes of product processing; generating a product IoT model based on a product design specification document, the product IoT model comprising the first set of process attributes of product processing; associating the production IoT model with the product IoT model; learning data of a production device acquired by a data acquisition automation control system in the factory to obtain a data model representing processing steps of a product; and matching the processing steps against the process attributes of the product IoT model and determining the status of the production order in the factory based on the matching result.

Provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure is a method for acquiring data of a data source associated with a production line, including: acquiring a semantic model, the semantic model including semantic relationships between respective semantic units and data source identifiers corresponding to one or more production lines; receiving production line identifiers and acquiring one or more semantic units; converting, based upon the semantic model, the one or more semantic units to data source identifiers corresponding to production lines indicated by the production line identifiers; and acquiring data of data sources indicated by the data source identifiers. Implementing the embodiments disclosed in the present disclosure simplifies a configuration file required for a virtual model of a production line, thereby greatly reducing configuration workload, and enhancing convenience of acquiring data of a data source.

Method and device for acquiring data of data sources associated with production line

A semantics-based Internet of Things (IOT) device data processing-related application installation method and apparatus are disclosed. In an embodiment, the method includes receiving a data processing demand from a client, retrieving, from an industrial cloud, at least one application which needs to be installed for fulfilment of the data processing demand, and analyzing required source data and an installation demand of the application; analyzing at least one device end capable of providing the source program in the IOT to determine whether the device meets the installation demand of the application and provides the required source data; and installing the application in a gateway corresponding to the device end, upon the device end being determined to be able to meet the installation demand of the application.

Semantics-based internet of things device data processing-related application installation method and apparatus

A data analysis method, device and system are disclosed. In an embodiment, the method includes performing data analysis on the devices by an application by collecting at least one key performance indicator of the devices, estimating the performance of the application according to the result of the data analysis, generating an application upgrade requirement on the basis of the performance estimation result, and sending the upgrade requirement to an industrial cloud; receiving a context data requirement generated by the industrial cloud based upon of the upgrade requirement, collecting context data from the devices according to the context data requirement, and returning the context data to the industrial cloud; and downloading from the industrial cloud the application updated on the basis of the context data. The data analysis mechanism reduces the development process of custom and special applications by automatically upgrading to adapt to changes in field application conditions.

The method, according to an embodiment, includes: determining data obtaining logic based on assembly model information corresponding to the assembly; wherein the data obtaining logic includes a to-be-obtained data object and an obtaining rule; determining at least one physical signal corresponding to the data obtaining logic; and determining, based on the data obtaining logic and the at least one physical signal corresponding to the data obtaining logic, a signal rule corresponding to the obtaining rule. By annotating the running data of an assembly, the context of the data may be indicated, so that the running data of the assembly can be made more consistent, easier to maintain, and/or applied to a new environment. Moreover, since the annotation information of data can adopt a common format, it may be more suitable for information migration and system configuration.
