An optical device includes a phosphor wheel and two light sources. The phosphor wheel has two phosphor regions. The phosphor regions are located at different radial positions of the phosphor wheel and are not overlapped. Each of the phosphor regions has a plurality of color sections. The light sources emit two light beams so as to respectively provide two light spots on the phosphor wheel. During the rotation of the phosphor wheel, the light spots are located at the color sections having the same fluorescent characteristic respectively in the phosphor regions.

Optical device

An operation method of a remote laser projection device includes emitting a first light to an optical transmission module through at least one light source module; transmitting the first light to at least one projection head through the optical transmission module, wherein total light energy of the first light is allocated to the projection head through the optical transmission module, such that energy of a light transmitted to the projection device is E/N, and wherein E is total light energy of the at least one light module, and N is a number of the at least one projection device.

Operation method of remote laser projection device

A projection system is provided, which includes a first light source, a second light source, a wavelength converter, a first light splitting element, and a second light splitting element. The first light source is configured to emit a first light. The second light source is configured to emit a second light. The wavelength converter is configured to convert portions or all of the second light into a third light. The third light includes a red light and a green light. A wavelength range of the first light is within a wavelength range of the red light. The first light splitting element is configured to permit the first light to pass through or to be reflected. The second light splitting element is configured for removing a portion of the first light or not removing the first light.

Projection system and optimizing method thereof

An optical device is provided. The optical device includes a fluorescent wheel, a first light source engine and a second light source engine. The fluorescent wheel includes a fluorescent powder area. The first light source engine provides a first light beam, wherein the first light beam forms a first light spot on the fluorescent powder area of the fluorescent wheel. The second light source engine provides a second light beam, wherein the second light beam forms a second light spot on the fluorescent powder area of the fluorescent wheel, and the first light spot is separated from the second light spot.

An optical projecting apparatus is used for providing a projecting light to a screen via a projecting lens, the optical projecting apparatus and the projecting lens collectively form an optical projecting system. The optical projecting apparatus includes a first solid state light generator generating a first light beam, a second solid state light generator generating a second light beam, a first wavelength-converting module, and a spatial light modulating module. The first wavelength-converting module converts the first light beam into a wavelength-converted light. The spatial light modulating module splits the wavelength-converted light into a third light beam and a fourth light beam, and transmits the second light beam, the third light beam, and the fourth light beam to the screen via the projecting lens.
